Amazing customer service every time we come in. Their nuts & bolts section is impressive & they usually have exactly what we need. Even the younger workers know what they're talking about when they help you.

Barney's is what hardware stores used to be. Friendly, knowledgeable staff with an amazingly large inventory at reasonable prices. They make home repairs easy and quick.

Small town feel & service with GREAT selection. Buying supplies for a project & forgot to get 1 item. I felt it was too inexpensive to justify another plastic purchase & was a little short on actual cash. Male behind register started to get change out of his own pocket as offer of assistance. That is real service! That is the sort of service that is omnipresent in this store!

Barney’s is a family owned business affiliated with True Value. Dave Barney has as the best customer service employees there are. Often I would get asked if I needed help when I’m just looking. But when I do need assistance the staff will bend over backwards to help. Great place to work and it shows.

Went there today to have some keys made etc and was helped by a young man named Wade. Very professional, friendly, top notch service. The customer service at this place far outweights your big home stores. I will only go here.

On October 11 and 13 of 2022 while we urgently needed to shop for parts in order to fix our decades-old frost-free faucets at the store, the shop manager Andy and the associates helped us so knowledgeably with much time and effort.

I moved to the area two years ago and shop here whenever I can. Sure, sometimes you have to go to Lowes or Home Depot, but I'm always delighted whenever I can manage stopping by Barney's. They are so helpful and knowledgeable and the store is always very well-stocked. They are a pillar in our community.

I have been shopping here for years and was always satisfied with the awesome customer service. Today they went above and beyond. I needed a specific paint tray that they did not carry. The owner of the store literally gave me his personal paint tray so I could finish the job. You will not find a better True Value anywhere.

The best place to get parts and pieces! Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff, and an amazing assortment of parts in stock. They always have exactly what I need!

It had been a long while since I had been into a smaller and more personal hardware store like this, since I live right by two much larger competitors and this store is farther away. However, it was such a good experience, even though I was there for something quick, that I'll be going here first in the future and only to the two big box stores after I try Barney's first.

I love this place! They give personal service, are very friendly and carry things the big stores don't. I had keys made at the local Home Depot TWICE, the same keys and both times the keys didn't work. Took them over to Barney's and first time they cut them they worked.

Always have what I need and they provide great customer service. Supporting small business ensures they'll be here when we need them. Big box stores are ok for some things but Barney's offers quick in and out efficient service.

I have dealt with Barney's for many years starting before Dave Barney bought it. Great inventory, helpful staff, reasonable prices. Dave has expanded floor space and inventory over the years. I am continually working on some do-it-yourself project or other and it is rare to be unable to find what I need.

I rely on Barney's for supply of uncommon fasteners, and related hardware. They almost always have what I need, especially for items no big box store would touch. The young men and women working there are always helpful. I'm glad Barney's is in Beavercreek!

I love my home town Hardware store. They have everything you need for projects and home repairs. I find myself going to Barney's more and more. The staff is very friendly!

Support your locally owned business and go to Barney's! Everyone is always very helpful and friendly. I haven't yet run into a need they didn't have, but get the impression Barney would order it for you if they didn't have it in stock.

Hands down my favorite hardware store. Instead of having to find help (like the big box stores), Barney's staff actually seek you out. They have everything, I went for 2-cycle engine oil, and left with a bottle jack, oil, and a rocking chair.

Barneys, is like a family members home, where once you walk in you are treated with kindness and promptness. If I found anything that I needed and they didn't have it they would let me know if they could get it. One of the best establishments I have dealt with.
