Oakley Store

I walked into Oakley store on a whim, I desperately needed a gift for my oldest son. It was Christmas Eve, and the young salesman was so helpful, I ended up buying 2 pair of sunglasses. My son loved both pair. It was fun for me to get him something completely different then I've gotten him in past years.

Branch staff was excellent! Love the JawBreaker plus I got 50% off on my 2nd purchase. Great buy and of course great stuff as well😎

The guy working at this location was very attentive and quick to answer any questions I had. He solved my problem and ordered me exactly what I wanted. Great store.

I'm trying to find these sunglasses everywhere and I can't find them only in the Oakley store. I would definitely check this place out when you're in the mall and if you're ready to drop 300 bucks on a pair of sunglasses then definitely these are the ones. You get what you pay for and these are really nice sunglasses and I'm always a huge fan of their clothing if you guys ever want to send me stuff I can take photos. One day when I'm done paying off the IRS I might go in there and get those sunglasses. The staff were very helpful And they weren't too intrusive. I had a great time in the store and I'm a big fan of Oakley products.

I recently purchased a pair of Oakley’s at the Kenwood Mall store. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. I will definitely visit this location for my next Oakley purchase!

Great experience at the Kenwood store! I was doing a custom build, and took home a great pair, with a second ordered for delivery! So glad I could do both at once!

Sales Rep was Chris. He was excellent! He explained the different lens options and w/o his help I would not have made the right purchase. Made me feel good about my purchase.

Clean, and the associate was very knowledgable about the different lenses i could replace my current damaged lenses with. He even cleaned my current frames so they were ready for my new lenses. He told me why they were peeling becaus sand, salt from the ocean and pool chemicals. He told me the best way to clean them, which is with alcohol and qtips or cotton balls

Absolutely a great experience. The sales associate helped my wife and I pick a pair of sunglasses that we loved. He answered all our questions and let us try on almost every pair until we were happy. They also had a deal that if you buy one you get the second pair half off which was awesome. They have most products on the show room in stock with the ability to customize many of the glasses onsite while you wait. Great location and I will go back for sure.

Service was absolutely spot on! 🤘. Dude helping me was awesome and super knowledgeable. I told him about an issue I have when picking out lenses for my snowboarding goggles and he knew exactly what I needed. I explained to me how the difference between the lenses worked and what lense he felt would best suit me and he was spot on! He also gave me some pointers on new spots to ride. I like that because he made my experience more personal and enjoyable. I'm definitely glad I went to the Kenwood store and if I need anything else while I'm in Cincinnati that will be the only place I go! Keep up the excellent customer service 🤘🤘

In and out in less than 5 getting new lenses in my Oakley's. Staff was super helpful and friendly, taking the time to explain a few things about different lenses and going out of their way to be helpful.

Always great service . Will always go above and beyond to help. This store is the only reason I will drive to Kenwood Mall. I could always order on line . But the managers AMF staff always make it a great experience.. In Turn makes me want to keep going into the Brick and Morter .. Back again for another MVP day! 11/4/21. As usual another great experience with the store ,stock was on point. Plenty of options in a 2x size and the Staff and my sales experience once again exceptional!!! Thanks again Derek. Last three visits I have had at the Oakley store in the Kenwood mall have been very pleasant and the sales person was very professional. People like this young man what makes shopping enjoyable and not stressful. Thank you Derek!

I just got back from vacation in myrtle beach. Me and my boyfriend got sunglasses at Oakley outlet mall in myrtle beach. The guy gave us sunglasses that lenses was scratched. I kept telling the guy the lens was scratched he “cleaned” them off and gave them back, again they was still scratched and I told him they still was. He insisted it was just lent hard to get off…. Ok. Well we get back from vacation I cleaned them good with glass cleaner and it was still there. Went to kenwood mall and they gave me new lenses. The guy at kenwood said he could even see the scratches. Glad Oakley in kenwood was able to help me out.

The product you want and the staff to deliver the experience you deserve. I have purchased my last three pairs from this location. Excellent staff and experience.
