I’ve gotten my lashes lifted & tinted with Alexis 3 times now and she truly does a great job! She is very informative about the process and gives helpful tips. They last a long time and I get lots of compliments!

Harley did a great job, she was easy to talk to and so funny. This was the second time I had received a service at LaLa, so I did my lashes and brows! Harley helped me decide on what exactly I was looking for, and even showed me pictures and videos of what some of the things I was asking for would look like! We decided on a more higher volume set since this was for my prom. I loved these lashes and it looked so good for my pictures!

I received a basic full set of lashes from Zoe. Amazing service, very comfortable experience. Lashes were perfect for my babyshower. Highly recommend!

OMG! LaLa Lash Bars is hands down the best place to go to for brow services! I got their newest edition- Bladed and Shaded. LT and Charlotte reassured me and explained everything they did to me step-by-step the entire time I was in the chair. They made me feel confident in my decisions and most of all, safe! I will never go anywhere else!! Such a clean, fun, and lovely atmosphere!! I recommend to anyone and everyone!

I have been going to this place for eyelash extensions awhile now. The staff is super helpful and nice, they have good customer service, they have really cute decorations, and the lash artists are really talented. Joanna is awesome!! She does an amazing job and always does my lashes exactly how I ask for them to look. And I always get compliments on my lashes. Love this place :)

Charlotte did my lash extensions and they are AMAZING !!!! I told her the look i was going for and that is exactly what i got ! The salon is so cute inside and everyone is amazing :)

So cute of a studio and this is the best my lashes have ever looked. Everyone in the studio is super sweet too. I got a lash lift and they look so pretty. I will be back in 5 weeks to get the lash melt :)

I just got my lashes done by Alina Kostina. She is an incredibly amazing master. Alina did my lashes very naturally and gave them the look I wanted to make them stand out. She also, by using her esthetician knowledge, gave me some tips on how to take care of my lashes. Highly recommend!!!

I have had the BEST experience with LaLa Lash. The customer service it top notch. Always responsive to calls AND texts to schedule and answer questions. I got a full set for the first time and was amazed with the results. It was such a relaxing environment and the lashes were exactly what I was looking for. I can't wait to go back for a fill in this week. (2.5 weeks later).

I absolutely love this Lash bar! They always have availability to do lashes/brows and they do a fantastic job! I love that they have scheduling reminders and you can easily add them to your calendar. Their studio is so cute as well, each room is designed differently and is such a vibe. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating too. We are so lucky to have this Lash bar in Cincinnati.

I’ve been getting my lashes done here for a while and I’ve always had a great experience! Charlotte has been doing my lashes for close to a year. My appointments are always super relaxing and the lashes look perfect. I almost never have fallout, and I'm rough on my lashes! Recently, I decided I wanted to try microblading (permanent makeup for my brows) and Charlotte did a phenomenal job on that as well. It's almost time for me to schedule the touch up session! The experience was great, and I'm excited to do more types of permanent makeup in the future!

Alexis has been doing my brows for about 5 months now and she does such an amazing job! My eyebrows have never looked better, I 100% recommend!!

I really enjoyed my experience at LaLa Lash! Zoe was so great! I was a little nervous because this was my very first time doing anything to my brows (never even waxed). She did an amazing job of talking me through the whole process and telling me what she was doing each step of the way. She talked me through aftercare and told me how long I should expect the henna to last. She even got my next appointment for lashes set up so quickly! Looking forward to seeing her again!
