Lots of things should be bought online, like new cornhole synthetic sacks but furniture is not one of them. Sorry Wayfair. Macy's has a lot to consider and sales staff were informative without any pressure. Question is, "what is your price point relative to quality and durability?" for any piece of furniture. Answer that and you will love Macy's or shop elsewhere but either way, it is a roomy unhurried browsing experience.

Very spacious furniture gallery with an array of furniture that will meet your expectations regardless of which style you prefer. Truly caters to everyone! Staff is very knowledgeable and will not pressure you to buy. Macy's is a company that has been around for 100 years.

We had an amazing experience purchasing this couch. It was so nice being able to go into the store and test out the couches - there are very very few showrooms like this anymore. I am not the type to risk making such a big purchase online based on reviews and some swatches. The sales team on-site were helpful and informative, but not pushy. We had a smaller than normal space to work with, and they showed us several options that would work. Ultimately we decided to go with a customizable sectional which made our delivery a little longer than we had hoped, but we understood why that was the case.

There was a moment of panic where the delivery date was listed as being postponed, but it ended up coming on time. It seems like the sales people aren't really set up for success and there is a bit of miscommunication internally. With all that being said, our sales person, Peggy, was amazing and continued to keep us updated on the status of our couch.

Delivery was quick and seamless. The gentlemen that delivered the couch were kind and professional. The white glover service was worth the additional fees - they unpackaged the couch and removed all shipping materials from the property.

I will update the review if we have any issues, but as of right now I could not be happier about this purchase!

I recently bought a Purple Mattress from here. The delivery guys and set up were prompt and efficient. The in store service was excellent. Daniel Mason was the 'mattress specialist' salesperson who helped me. He was friendly, non pressuring and answered all of my questions. He made the transaction very smooth. The mattress came with a 100 night free trial, so my final opinion on the quality of the mattress is yet to come however after 2 nights I am very happy so far. Great experience.

Dave Watson was very helpful. We bought two nice chairs. My only complaint is that I asked him to throw in the ski ball game but he said no. Just kidding...Dave's the best.

Excellent service and no high pressure sales. Looked for a new mattress and was overwhelmed with 75 different makes and prices. Dave Thomas helped us and was very knowledgeable and asked us the right questions. We WILL go back to make our purchase within the next 10 days.

Had a great experience today at Macy's. We were able to take our time to pick out the furniture we wanted and had every question answered by the salesman, Mark. He was very patient with us and also gave us the right amount of space so we didn't feel pressured into anything. We will definately be back and will ask for Mark again when we complete the rest of our room(s)!

I have made two big purchases for my home a year apart and both times Scott was the sales representative helping me. After visiting several stores with pushy salesmen, I really appreciated how Scott showed us a wide selection of options for our price point and gave us the room to make a decision without pushy sales tactics.

I went in store to see in person the items I was researching David was helpful but I ordered online with Courtney at the Mason call center and she was AMAZING!! she made sure I got the items I wanted at a price my husband approved of!!! I bout several pieces and will ask for Courtney for my next major purchase

I loved almost all their furniture. Really good quality, they have different types of financing for everyone. Definitely I will suggest to all my friends and family. Now they've really good sale on their furniture.
