They have the best Chicken Wild Rice soup!You have to get their early they sell out very quickly! Such a wonderful place

My car was having problems. Instead of saying, "Stay outside, they were more then gracious. I will come back under better circumstances. The store was very clean, only down since it was my first time. I did not know the pick spot was a different spot than where you ordered the staff was was very pleasant

Riley was incredibly helpful and kind today when I was having issues with the mobile app/my refund balance being deducted incorrectly. Instead of getting angry or saying she couldn’t help, she was patient and resolved my issue, even though she was being pulled multiple different directions. Thank you!

Wow. How refreshing to be treated like a human being in a drive thru. Will return soon. For higher quality food I'm willing to pay a little extra. Lately Ive been forced to patronize the bigger chains in urban areas. Thankfully those days are over. She even asked "are you ready for me to pass you your drink? "

Wonderful location! I placed a rapid pickup order but then couldn’t leave after my car broke down in the parking lot. The staff was super accommodating and friendly, even giving me some cookies around closing time to “make my day a bit better.” Much appreciated kindness and definitely coming back soon!

Love this location! It’s been updated and the inside is so nice. I go here often and tell friends about how much I like it. Great place to work remotely or sit and have a bagel before going to work.

There's no one to wait on you. I don't believe that I will stop there again no matter how good their food is. Tables were not clean no one was out in the area where we were eating.

Always a good meal here. Their chicken noodle soup is the best! If we're in a hurry, we order online and it's ready when we get there. Then we grab a table and enjoy the meal! Love the new Mariemont location.

This new location is the most beautiful Panera ever. It is comfortable, warm and inviting. When it is chilly, there is a fire in the fireplace. The decor is absolutely gorgeous. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the food, of course, is consistently delicious. This is absolutely our favorite Panera ever.

I loveeeee this location!! It is so clean, modern, and peaceful. I love the self check in ordering. And now that it's warmer I can sit outside. The landscaping is so pretty and it feels like a little Vaca when I'm on my lunch break. The staff is also very kind. Thank you to this location! ❤ nothing like the location by my house. This Panera is super fancy inside, and the drive thru is very quick outside. All food I've ever ordered has been delicious and as I ordered it. I love having this Panera so close to home now!

I love their Asiago bagels. I recently tried their breakfast sandwich and it is delicious as well.
