Great communication from this company, timely responses and very informative. I have had no issues and only good experiences for around 18 months.

Any bugs we do get are just one or two and the rest have disappeared completely over time. If you need anything or have any questions they are quick to respond and always willing to come back out and maintain the property between visits if needed.

Can't say anything negative about their employees or technicians that they have for servicing. Always very friendly and communication helps with getting our dogs put away so they can do what they need to do and we can keep them apart.

I’ve been using Essential Pest at our home for a couple years now, and have been impressed with the results! From the first treatment we noticed a big reduction in the number of spiders and ants that were getting inside. Their workers have always been friendly and helpful. I like that they text you the day before and the day of to remind you when they’re on their way. Cheers!

Although I normally won't agree to do any work when someone comes knocking on my door, I actually had been quoting work from a couple places for a contract. When the sales person came up, his offer was the best and I was familiar with the company since I had since research already. Within a few days my house has been efficiently treated and everyone has been wonderful!
Gracie was a wonderful tech that came out to do the work and she was efficient and very pleasant. How well the treatment works to repel the insects we shall see but so far it's a 5-star treatment.

Tessa was our tech during a recent visit. She was efficient, professional and arrived shortly after letting me know she was in my neighborhood. It was the first time we’ve had a female tech and I felt very comfortable with her doing the work. I was able to finish getting dressed for an appointment while she worked and she just let herself out when she finished. Great job! 😄

Sean was very thorough and thoughtful in his care of our home. He also alerted us to a hornet's nest that he treated and gave us information about the prevention of the hornets creating another nest. 😳. So thankful he came to service our home today!

We have been a customer for over a year and have had great techs come out to help us throughout the year. Recently we’ve had issues with carpenter bees and have had Kyle and Sean (who had previously done a great job in removing spiders last year on our property) come out to assess and help us get rid of them. Both techs were knowledgeable kind and reassuring in figuring out how best to remove and deter the bees. They are definitely persistent pests, we are hopeful that with the help of Essential Pest and their wonderful techs that we will be able to get rid of them. Knowing that this service is 100% guaranteed is also reassuring.

Great company. I live in Columbus and the main reason I gave them my business is because they're from my home area of Dayton. Glad I decided to use them. They got rid of ant problem and I haven't had any issues with any other bugs. The price is also just right in my ballpark. Thank you!

I received my first service today. The tech texted about 20 min before arriving and rang the bell to let us know he was beginning and to inquire if we needed anything to have special needs or requests. The service appeared to go smoothly. A follow up text let us know the service was completed and asked for a review.

While immediate reviews are customary, I am unable to comment on the efficacy of the treatment until some time has passed. My interactions with personnel has been satisfactory. I would like to have the follow up text enumerate the exact services provided so that I have a record to maintain over time.

We are so thankful they knocked on our door, I love that the products used are safe for my kiddos and pets and are actually effective. Since starting treatments with Essential Pests control, I rarely see a bug in my home. I’m afraid of spiders and they go the extra step making sure the area is free of webs or sign of spiders and I truly appreciate that. They are honest, professional, courteous, friendly and always keep me informed by text. Brendon does a wonderful job treating the house for pest and communicating with me. Really really professional! Tessa did a fantastic job. There was no odor when spraying in the house since the spray is natural. I love that they do not use chemicals. I always use local businesses and it is always worth it. The price is also reasonable.

A tech came to my house and did their sales pitch. I was tight on cash at the time. He gave me a discount and was willing to take a look inside my house. We also had to reschedule twice due to rain and each time was very simple. Overall 5/5
