Daily Grind Café & Creamery

What a cute little place! We were craving something hot to drink and came upon Daily Grind. Very easy to find. Very cute and kitchy inside. Our barista was very sweet. Our drinks were wonderful - my husband got the Crazy Caramel and I got Hot Chocolate. Both were hot and delicious. They have so many goodies on their menu! We will definitely have to return when we are in the area to try the ice cream and food.

I am not from the area this place is in and to be honest I found it by accident. The prices were decent, the staff was friendly and I enjoyed the atmosphere. It was clean and they also offered gift items such as - wreaths, lotion, lip balm, various decor, signs, floral and pet items. They had baked goods,ice cream, quick snacks and hot dishes like sandwiches and soup. They had coffee drinks, pop/soda, water, juice as well as bags of ground coffee for sale. The girl that worked there had a pleasant personality, I did not get her name but she was was a very kind woman. If I lived closer I would no doubt be a regular to this establishment. There were no flaws to me and I recommend that you stop by when you can. I promised her I would leave pictures and a review.

The Daily Grind is simply a FANTASTIC coffee shop!!! It's attached at the hip to the Sunoco gas station on 202 (north of 70 and Lowe's).

To my fellow coffee shop-loving peeps... the Daily Grind is a LEGITIMATE coffee shop people! It's an incredible addition to the small community near Carriage Trails and Parktowne and the other neighborhoods nearby.

The food is local (at least Ohio sourced), delicious, and inexpensive. The coffee shop serves genuine Toft's ice cream, Boston Stoker coffee, and Jim's donuts. They also offer sandwiches with meat sourced from Bowman & Landes just a few miles away. Along with hearty deli sandwiches and hot paninis, they also offer breakfast sandwiches, cake pops, and cold bottled drinks.

This place is my new favorite chill spot as it's so close to where I live. It can't be beat... and the owners are fantastic and very friendly and down-to-Earth. They spared no expense on their coffee equipment and it definitely shows in the product they hand you across the counter.

Support this business... it's locally run by family and friends, and I wish them the best and hope they succeed. We need more places like this; not more Starbucks locations.

Great taste, great value, and loved supporting a small, local business. Got the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel - so good. I would have eaten two right then and there. I ordered an everything bagel for it but received plain - no big deal though. I ate it so fast I didn’t get a picture lol Also got a sugar cookie - homemade by owner’s wife and daughter - excited to try. They look great. Also got a peanut butter frappe, which was really tasty. Also grateful there is a drive thru since my baby was asleep.

A friend and I stopped at the Daily Grind Cafe for treats after hiking nearby. The location is peculiar- its connected to a gas station. However, don't let that stop you from checking it out! The barista was very friendly and recommended an ice coffee drink that was so yummy. We also tried the ice cream, which was great as well. The atmosphere was quiet, comfortable, and small with plenty of seating and natural light.

Really loved the Almond Joy Iced Coffee. Rich and creamy, so much better than any iced coffee I've gotten at Starbucks (and I'm a coffee fien). Highly recommend!! Looking forward to stopping back when I'm in the area.

Quiet place to enjoy coffee and conversation. Service was great and fast. Lady was sweet and funny. Will be back!

Went a third time with my friend, service was great. But had to leave because he had to close up until his wife replaced him. Had an uneasy feeling that it was more than that. I had my friend (he) with me and it just felt weird. Won't be back.

Stopped in while waiting for my car to get detailed. I ordered two bagel BLTs and two lattes, all of which were delicious. The staff was very friendly and I'll be sure to stop in whenever I'm in Tipp!

Absolutely delightful place. It's very warm and clean, and the lady working is as sweet as can be. We got bagels sandwiches, coffee, and two danishes and it was soooo good. The sandwiches and coffee were as fresh as can be, and the danish was fantastic. The sandwich was also pretty big, definitely worth the price. For everything that we got it was really affordable. Will definitely be coming back.

Very friendly service, and most of the food is very good. One big improvement would be to clean more in this seating area. When I was there there was trash under the table and crumbs or some other kind of particles on the upholstered cushions. It would be a nice place to sit if it was cleaned better.

We visit quite often. The service is will leave you smiling. My wife loves their coffee. We both are always excited to see what new flavors they have for their ice cream. Right now, their Buckeye Bites and Unicorn Dreams are our must haves during this rotation. If you want to support a great local business while getting the best ice cream and coffee around, Daily Grind and Creamery is where you need to go!

Literally a great place to come, quick service, Friendly Service, Quality drinks & food- every time! Not to mention they offer environment friendly options like straws! I always get the pleasure of seeing Don on my morning stop - in's and he has my order remembered to a tea ( pun intended. always on the ball & in a very great mood, helps set my pace for the day!. thanks Don!) The Décor inside is absolutely adorable, its just so welcoming and friendly its definitely a place you would want to hang out for a little while inside. Not to mention the very neat things to look at while waiting for your order. All together I recommend them to everyone! Don't over look them! :)

The Daily Grind Cafe and Creamery is a great little hidden treasure. The owner was working behind the counter, and you could tell he was proud of his store. It has a relaxing atmosphere, and I can't wait to return. He gets his doughnuts from local stores, and most of his icecream is made here in Ohio. The frosted coffee I had was great.

EDIT: Service has been great and friendly in all visits, coffees are why I'm a patron but donuts available. Suggestion to owners of punch cards or loyalty cards, especially for all if us Trimble folks on campus across the street. Hot sandwich is good if in hurry for quick lunch and good mix of ice cream for dessert ---- Just opened, and they have nice interior and Highlander Grog! Great start IMO. Could very easily turn into 5 stars with great service.

This is a great cafe. The employee is super nice and has great customer service. Even when it gets busy, she greets you and reassure she'll be with with you as soon as she's free. Much cheaper alternative to Starbucks and they serve good coffee. Defintely an awesome local cafe. Also love the fact that they close much later in the evening compared to other local cafes.

The iced lattes are great. Highly recommend!!

I visit this place every weekend. Service is always top notch, the food is excellent, and the coffee is very good! French press, pour over, cold brew.. You name it! I highly recommend Daily Grind. Everything is sourced from Ohio, much of it being local. If you haven't been here yet, what are you waiting for?! You're missing out!

Found this little gem of a coffee shop! Was super excited to find a place that’s not to pricey and servers Boston Stockers coffee close to home and my kids love their donuts and cakepops & mini coffees (aka Carmel or chocolate Milk) in a tiny coffee cup! Beats Starbucks any day of the week in my opinion

The breakfast food is good. The americano is delicious. The prices are reasonable. The customer service is amazing. I will come back again. It is a very nice hometown coffe shop.
