McDonald's

Quick wifi.
Quick food.
The restaurant is clean and the bathroom is clean and stocked.
I don't usually go to McDonald's, but I have no service in this area and while staying next door (kwik trip) as a trucker the Wi-Fi has been a blessing, so I feel compelled to show my appreciation by visiting your establishment. I've been pleasantly surprised, especially with the staff. Thank you for bringing a higher quality experience than what I expect from McDonald's.

Service was fast, friendly, however I did not get any napkins thru the drive thru, which is either cost savings or laziness not sure which?

This place is a great place to stop in for a quick bite to eat, very respectfully staff and very helpful

They were fast & friendly. My food order was correct. The fries weren't as crisp or as hot as they're supposed to be. But the 4A chicken was delicious.

Food to go super fast!

Staff are very friendly to me and I have never really had an issue with them. Anything they have done wrong they have made up for. Probably because I use to work here and I try to avoid busy hours such as lunch since staff can be stressed at those times. If you do come here do know that they are extremely understaffed a lot of the time (seems like a lot of small town McDonald's stores are) and there will be a wait. Especially late at night when there may be only one person in the kitchen and one person up front. Most are just kids/young adults so I do give them a break, they're trying their best with what they have.

Also if you want tenders you have to beat the lunch rush as they are only allowed to thaw out so many for a day and once they are all cooked they're out until the next batch is all thawed out...unless, of course, you want salmonella. Many of the times they cannot control what they may or may not have so don't get all bent out of shape when they do not have what you want.

I was told I would get a free egg McMuffin if I left a good review, so where is it?

This McDonald's has may great improvements. Used to have major issue but definitely has changed. More customer service friendly.

This was a smaller McDonalds in Arcadia than what we usually expect to see when travelling around this part of Wisconsin. I can state without reservation that it was one of most friendly, clean and certainly well managed, organized Mc Donalds myself and our family have had the pleasure of visiting in the last 20 years. Full marks to the Arcadia McDonald's staff for the relaxed and very visible team effort.

amazing variety, I chose the Bacon Ranch salad with Balsamic Vinagrette and my all time favorite Chocolate chip Frappé, recieved everything as I expected, although it was a salad it tasted amazing.

The one guy talks so fast that sometime I can't understand him but the service is awesome like always.

Service was quick and order accurate. Pretty hard to mess up an ice cream cone😁

Mistakes can happen in fast food, but I'm glad the team is deciated to fixing them

Using the mobile app and then driving to pick up your order is great!

Love their fries an fish sandwich.

Only drive thru is open. Miss being able to eat inside.

This is my #1 fast food place the best French fries.

No Issues, my food was hot and fresh.
