Draft Horse Inn and Suites

I stayed here a few days ago and the rooms were nice and clean with comfy furniture and beds. The hotel breakfast had fresh pancakes from a machine as well as a variety of other options.

This place was awesome! We stayed in one of the suites and it was great! Clean and everything you needed was there! The owner was awesome and communicated great with us through our stay! If ever back in Arcadia this is where we'll be staying!

Stayed here September 2nd when visiting the area. The outdoor gathering area was an added plus. We were able to sit and visit and relax. Plenty of room to visit, play games or enjoy your morning coffee in the great outdoors.

We stayed one night. It is a very well maintained and clean inn. They obviously take great pride in their establishment. Two floors, no elevators. I really liked the draft horse decor. The room was clean, in good order and repair. I would definitely stay there again. The breakfast was good. Typical hotel included breakfast.

What a wonderful place. Called ahead inquiring on parking for my semi and had a very pleasant call with the lady who answered. I was going to book online and she assured me she'd be at that price if I just came in. I saved about $40.00 over booking website.

As soon as you walk in the cozyness hits you. Beautiful decor everywhere. Room was very nice.

Only drawback was the squeak I heard from the room above me. Other than that, this place is fantastic. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Suzanne and Ben are AMAZING!! Draft Horse is truly an Arcadia GEM!! Suzanne moved my room so I would not be disturbed by the stage crews coming in at late hours which was so very kind and greatly appreciated. I slept very well in my room and had zero complaints. When the AC started acting up they switched it out immediately. I have traveled a lot for work in the past and can say the level of hospitality here rivals “the big boys”.

Suzanne, one of the owners, was amazing. I did not have the pleasure to meet her in person but spoke with her on the phone on two occasions. I made an error while reserving a room and was panicked the day before we were to arrive when I realized it was for the wrong night. After calling in a panic to explain what had happened Suzanne assured me she would take care of the issue, and she did, immediately. We arrived at the Draft Horse Inn and Suites after an18 hour drive from Georgia and were delighted at the charming location, accommodations and genuinely friendly staff. Our room was immaculate and the breakfast area and food were phenomenal. Customer service was at a level rarely seen these days. They care greatly about their customers and the experience they have. Huge shout out to Suzanne and the staff! We love finding family owned gems like this when we travel and hope to stay there again in the future.

Our basketball team stayed in the Draft Horse Inn overnight between two games. The owner and staff were extremely accommodating and flexible with our reservation despite the possibility of us needing to cancel with a loss. They made everything as easy as possible from a logistics standpoint.

Once we arrived, we were equally impressed. Check in was easy, rooms were great, staff members were kind and helpful, and breakfast was exactly what we hoped for. This hotel is a fantastic value, and I would stay here again as a coach with a team or as an individual.

This place is gorgeous! The hotel smells so good including the rooms! Spotless cleanliness, hot water out of the new rainfall shower head and tub is deep enough for a bath. The plants are a nice homey touch!

Our room is beautifully furnished, so clean, and smells so fresh! It is super spacey and the jacuzzi tub is out of this world! The staff is so nice, accommodating, and went out of there way to make us happy... with awesome smiles on their faces! I'm super excited to try the HOT continental breakfast tomorrow morning! Highly recommend this hotel!

Wonderful motel. Clean and comfortable. Beds were great! A very accommodating breakfast. Would stop here if ever in the area in need of lodging. Nice people too!

My wife, son, and I stayed here on Thanksgiving night. The check-in process was easy as we called and she sent us a text with the access information. No keys required, which is great! The room was clean, fresh, and looked really well put together. The hotel was remarkably quiet, which is nice when you have a 10 week old child to care for. I highly recommend this place if you're in town and need a place to stay.

This is a great place! I was treated like family as soon as I walked through the door! The owner is a wonderful person ❤ ! She is a hard worker with a great personality and wonderful hospitality! Thank you very much i had a great stay. I will definitely book a room here again just because of how I was treated also the rooms are very nice and clean.

Super friendly service. Our a/c wasn't working, and it was labor day weekend. I informed the staff and instantly I was offered to be moved and some money back. We had the only jacuzzi suite and didn't want to change rooms. We decided that it wasn't enough of an inconvenience to justify getting any money back because all the good made up for the one little bad. This is not a chain inn, and it shows with the personal touches they put into decorating. Love this cozy hidden treasure!

This is a clean, friendly place. Suzanne was very accommodating. My crew was there for over a week and had no complaints. Rooms were clean and modern like a chain hotel but the service was small town friendly.

Newer clean rooms. It can get a little loud at night, but it is not the business fault. There was loud people next to our room. The police got involved.
