While working for a local law enforcement agency, i was conducting a traffic stop when I was struck by an intoxicated driver. Unfortunately, the driver who struck me had no insurance. While consulting with Attorney Christopher MacGillis, he was very informative and explained my options.
Due to the other driver not having insurance, we had to file a civil case against my own insurance under the uninsured motorist policy.

Chris represented me a personal injury auto claim from 2015 (while on duty as a LE officer). I was referred to Chris by a referral agency. My consult with Chris was not only informative, but free.

To make matters worse, the Insurance company offered a ridiculously low offer and refused to give me a decent compensation. The vehicle accident had permanently scarred me for life. MacGillis Wiemer, LLC was highly recommended by a coworker, so I decided to hire him. I am glad I did. I was impressed by the amount of effort and work he put into my case.
