Greystone Veterinary Hospital + Urgent Care

Hello my name is Thingy!
I developed a growth in my ear and because it was itching a lot I scratched it open. No one, including my current vet, wanted to help me and remove it. Many other vets were telling me I needed to wait 1-3 months for a surgery appointment, but I don't think I would have made it that long, because the growth was getting bigger fast.
Fortunately, my people found Greystone and Dr. Michelle! She not only examined me the next day, but also performed the surgery on the same day! All of that with a very reasonable price! All of the people at the hospital were great and treated me well! I am sorry that I growled at them.
I would DEFINATELY recommend Greystone!

Wow! What a great place. Just had my first visit with Dr. Michelle who was wonderful. Great staff too. Thank you Stephanie for making us feel comfortable leaving our little Dougy there to have some testing/exams done.

The vets and staff at Greystone have been wonderful with our cats. Even if I'm just stopping in to pick up a prescription, the staff is always welcoming and friendly.

Additionally, it's worth noting that one of the owners is actively working to make her business and the entire property (which she recently took ownership of) more accessible for anyone with a disability. This is a breath of fresh air in a world where ADA often gets ignored. Thank you!

During COVID when everyone was told to go to ER for animals , Greystone was kind enough to get my dogs in! I had 3 American Bulldogs Chubby, Tiny & Shorty.. I’m born & raised in Cuyahoga & 58 yrs young . Have several animals throughout my lifetime and have been to many veterinary clinics and emergency rooms. Greystone staff & Doctors are very accommodating to any situation that I have and great with special-needs pets for your particular situation. They truly take care of you and your pets. Can’t say enough good things about Greystone.

Thank you so much to the staff that tried everything they could to save my baby boys life. Although Simba didn’t make it, I’m forever grateful that they did all they could do to help him. He was the first and best cat I’ve ever had and I’m forever blessed to have known him. Thank you again Greystone for everything yesterday. You all are amazing

I can’t say enough good things about Dr.K and her staff. The way they go above and beyond for their patients should be the standard of all veterinary clinics. Their pricing is fair and they offer a variety of payment options (scratch pay, care credit) and the clinic is beautiful, calming, and clean. Dr. K and a vet tech even came in on their day off to try to save my 2 year old dog’s life during an emergency situation. When we lost him, not at their fault, they sent cards (hand signed) and flowers to our home. When I was incredibly anxious to have our dog spayed a few months after we traumatically lost our 2 year old dog, Dr.K and her staff were so wonderful with giving me updates and calming my nerves. There is no other vet I would trust with my animals, I drive 40 minutes to see them because it’s worth it. Thank you to Dr.K and the entire staff for always being so warm, welcoming, and passionate about our pets 🫶🏼

We had the BEST experience here! Our dog needed bladder stone surgery and my sister in law suggested this place because they received amazing service and care for her dog. She was absolutely right! Everyone from the front desk, assistant and doctor had such comforting vibes and the place is so clean and welcoming! I felt like they truly care whereas other places we inquired services from were booking out months and costing thousands and felt like it was just a cold business transaction. Dr. Michelle Wolford did the surgery and she is the whole package! I definitely recommend this place! We found our new place!! ❤

Unbelievably positive experience. I've been taking my pets to the same vet for 10+ years and unfortunately things had changed and I found myself looking for a new place to go. I'm so glad I found greystone, and will definitely be back. Everyone is very nice, professional, and explained everything thoroughly. My boy isn't the easiest to deal with at the vet and they handled him soooo well. Thank you all so much!!!!

The best vet and staff! Courtney is always so nice whenever I call and Michael was so nice today too! Dr Kostal is very down to earth and you can tell she obviously loves animals! They got my dog in the same day for a very minor issue and we were in and out. The staff even helped me get my dog in and out of the car because I had my two kids with me.

My sweet baby boy had to be seen for an emergency and from the moment I walked in every person at this facility was so caring and compassionate and kind. This place is a miracle and a blessing. I recommend every fur parent to bring their babies here! It is an absolute God sent! Thank you so much for doing what you do! I will forever be so Thankful!💕

The entire team is very helpful, friendly and professional. Not only were they able to get my fur baby in on short notice when she was showing a lot of pain, but they were able to diagnose and treat her right away. A few hours later my grumpy old lady was feeling much better. The treatment has been very effective and she seems to be feeling better than ever.

The team here made my dog Megatron and I very comfortable. It wasn’t the normal sterile feel of a vet. It was modern, clean, and felt like I had just entered into a retreat for pets. They even had a letter board on the counter that said “Ticks tick us off” which made me laugh. The humor was much needed. I left feeling refreshed because I had found such good care for my 15 year old dog.

This is the absolute best bet I have EVER been to hands down! So caring and helpful. We didn't know it was our kitty's last day with us today, but they made it very special for us all. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤

Wow, this place is amazing! I’m so thankful for this entire team. They were able to squeeze me in for a walk in and were super helpful! The receptionists were amazing, along with the vet! This is my first time taking a pet to any type of vet and they were so patient with me and walked me through everything. This clinic def on the more pricey side (but I also did have an emergency visit, so that is also probably why) but it is totally worth it! You are ABSOLUTELY getting what you pay for here! Thank you guys so much for being helpful! And thank you so much for helping my baby, Trixie, feel better! :) I will definitely be coming back here! I cant thank this team enough.

My dogs love Dr Kostal! They give My dog's the best care. I can't recommend Greystone enough. Their office is beautiful and always sparkling clean. They have a nice waiting area that's big enough for everyone to have their own space. They go the extra yard for my dogs.

Amazing staff < from the front desk to Doctors; all very cordial, & empathetic. Took my pup for an ER emergency & they were all amazing. Cannot thank them enough!

I called quite a few vets for an emergency appointment to no avail, even my pups reg vet and would have to wait a month to be seen. He would only walk on 3 legs and was in pain. When I called Greystone they said to bring him in that same day, gave me answers about his diagnosis and gave meds. This will be my permanent vet. They are fantastic!!

My partner waited an hour in an exam room with his 14 yr old dog. The appointment was made over a week ago. The right thing to do would have been to let customers know there would be an hour wait. Our dog showed signs of distress from the wait so my partner left. No one said a word.

This place is really good. They were all very welcoming including the veterinarian. I had an emergency with my cat Milo and they got me in that day. Sadly, it was something way far more complicated than I thought and Milo ended up passing shortly after waking up from being cut open. There was nothing the vet could have possibly done. She was very honest with me and supportive. This place even sent me a card for Milo’s passing with individual hand written thoughts. Thank you guys so much!!

Dr. Michelle is absolutely amazing. She was the first doctor to actually help my poor cat that was suffering from vestibular syndrome (vertigo in felines), she even made sure I had her email over the weekend in case anything happened. I owe her so much more then just a thank you. And all the girls from the receptionist (Courtney and Liz) to the vet techs they are absolutely outstanding. Whether it's an emergency, which is how I first met them during their urgent Care or now just as a patient they go above and beyond.
Also their fees are so reasonable.
Thank you, they now have 3 new patients and will get more if I have anything to do with it!!!
