Awesome folks that know just what you need, and a lot of times a lot cheaper than the big franchise auto parts store!

Been going there for 40 plus years they either have what I want at a fair price or they ordered in for me what ever I need in the auto parts department Patsy and Dale are the best they will order everything right in for you

Excellent service, very friendly and helpful. If they don't have what I need and it's early in the day, they can usually get it by late afternoon, definitely by next morning. I stopped comparing prices with other parts stores and just call Geauga Auto. Not only are they the best price wise, but the folks there are the best.

I didn't shop, but I have a friend that repeats his needs there. They always have what he is looking for!! And friendly too!

Real professionals who can give advice. They give you the correct part the first time. If the don't have it the can get it, often the same day. They can even help you install wiper blades and check your charging system among other things.

A "REAL" Auto Parts Store! Unlike a lot of the other "Real Auto Part Stores" they don't squeeze every last penny out of your hand! 9/10 times they are either cheaper or within change of the big box stores! If you want air fresheners and trinkets to put on your grocery getter, stick with the big chain stores! But if you want the right QUALITY REAL parts & real parts people, then this is your place! Kinda like the "Cheers" of auto part stores! Plus you'll be supporting real local business, not board room Jockey's!

Dale, Rich & staff are some of the most knowledgeable folks in the industry. It seems that no matter how rare, unique, or troublesome the part / item I am looking for; they either have it in stock or can get it. & @ a price point comprable or lower than other auto parts supply stores in town. This has now made them my One Stop Shop. Also there is something to be said for locally owned and operated !

Love the staff. They are very knowledgeable and friendly and if you order the part before 8:30 an it usually there the same day by noon.
