Great selection of clothes for men and women. Excellent customer service! The store was very clean and well organized. Really loved the miscellaneous section with the photo op area too!

The team members when they were free, came over to me and entered them self very politely and non-intrusive. I asked a couple questions and they were extremely experienced and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed wondering around. They had a few specials. I really found quality of their clothing was superior. I told a few friends about it and they didn’t even know they had clothing lol I was gonna get embarrassed by men’s underwear. I really not knowledgeable about the names of stuff, boxers, briefs, boxer, briefs, short briefs, short, boxer, briefs, and so on. They have a little rack where you can actually see the name and look at it so I a visual was very helpful.

This was my first visit to this business. Very impressed. The sales associate Melanie was very helpful. I bought some flannel clothing and durable socks which are extremely comfortable and well made. I also placed an order for an item which store did not have in my size and I received it within a couple of business days.

I'm from toledo ans several years ago bought s great pair of shoes that has since reborn out. I had a Cleveland clinic appt and dropped in afterward. Found pair of shoes simIliad and bought another ,different color. The employee there was very helpful and attentive to my needs as well as the cashier. A good experience all In all

I just spoke to a chipper young man on the phone names Sam. He was incredibly helpful, sensible, helpful and a perfect depiction of how people should answer and talk on the phones. I just wanted to buy something and I ended up having my day made too. Thank you Sam for being you and doing what you do so well!

I was at Duluth in Avon on Saturday and Denise could’ve been more helpful. She found the perfect jeans for my nephew who’s going back to college and is 6 feet tall and kind of thin so things don’t normally fit him well, but she fixed them up good. I would highly recommend her if you’re in Duluth in Avon and need a stylist. She was excellent .

I was presently surprised when I walked into the store on how many items were on sale! Buying items here for our family is a special treat and I was able to get 20/25% off buck naked underwear and use a coupon I had in my email. The staff was really nice and I think I prefer to shop in person instead of online to score better sales!

It's just a solid clothing brand. The store was cool.

Friendly staff and service. Had to return a pair of Firehose pants due to a defect and they quickly honored the lifetime,no bull guarentee. They replaced the pants and I left happy. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

A beautiful store which absolutely measures up to the outstanding commercials that you see on TV regarding their clothing. Everything is so organized and absolutely well made. And yes, they do have dressing rooms where you could try things on. Aside from clothing, they have various types of accessories as well as nice gift ideas like special kind of flashlights that you could use if you're a camper or a fisherman or a hiker, all sorts of ideas to gather for gift-giving or just splurging on yourself.

Literally the best store. I showed up at 7:50 and they closed at 8pm. Kayla and Deandre were helpful helping me find shorts that fit checking the back and online. They didn’t rush me at all. Tommy rang me up at the register and I was still NOT rushed! I ended up leaving 10 minutes AFTER close and each employee was still happy and helpful. I’m from Michigan and I wouldn’t even go to the Michigan store I’d come back here. Kayla Deandre and Tommy are all awesome. 10/10

Extremely friendly and helpful! They have nice clothes and great designs. They are pricey in some stuff but its good quality items. Very impressed with their size variations for jeans for men. I'll be subscribing to their catalog as I live no where near a store location.

Excellent store! A little disappointed as they have gotten rid of a large portion of men's shoe section and did not have the Keen' s there that I really wanted. Now I must order them online!
