Rainforest Car Wash

I would like to point out the fantastic customer service I receive every time I use the rainforest car wash. Devon is a pleasure to see and talk to on my visits. He is truly the definition of the customer always comes first and is the reason I choose this car wash over all the others.

I want to say thank you to DEVON at the Avon location in Ohio. He is an awesome guy. I threw something important away and he was going to dive into the trash for me. That is over and beyond employee. I hope this gets to DEVON'S mngr so he knows what a valuable employee he is. Thanks, DEVON!!

Not only is this the best car wash! I have to make a shout out to an employee who really made my day today! Nicole is absolutely amazing, high energy, super friendly and professional. I have nothing but good things to say about this Rainforest Carwash location.

I like my cars clean, and since I'm always on the go, it's convenient just to go somewhere and get them washed.

I've bought the "Storm" package for all of my vehicles, and if it's not raining or snowing, I'm there getting my vehicle washed daily. (That's the best thing about having an unlimited package.) I can say, I've never been disappointed with the way my vehicles have looked when they've been finished.

My current daily driver is a 2022 Midnight Black Toyota 4Runner TRD Sport and it comes out nice and shiny every time... Tire shined tires included! 😁

Dan and Erik have ALWAYS been helpful answering questions I may have had about various things. Their customer service is exemplary, and their friendliness is an added bonus. Who doesn't like to be greeted with a smile or a friendly word by someone you're doing business with? These guys are the best!

I've used other carwashes in the past, and this one is tops in my book!

First time bringing my own vehicle here. Went with someone else the first time and loved it, that’s what made me decide to bring my own vehicle. Shantelle was great! (I apologize if I spelled her name incorrectly) When I got to the kiosk to select my wash, she talked to me about the Monthly Unlimited wash packages. She was amazing at answering all of my questions. Very polite and knowledgeable!

Love the free vacuums at the end. There is also a mat wash station for both rubber mats and carpet mats! Used both, they worked great! The Air Pressure Duster was a feature that personally I haven’t seen at another wash before. Made it easy to blow off any dust or dog hair that has accumulated on the dash or in areas hard to get to.

Overall I really enjoyed my experience!

I came here the other day wanting to use the vacuums but wasn't sure if I could because of the sign posted up there, luckily Shantele was there to happiky let me know I was free to use it! The place was super clean and the vacuums worked wonders:)

Nicole is so friendly and awesome! She really creates a fun customer experience with various holiday decorations, like the Halloween decor that’s up now!

Having my car washed at the Rainforest Car Wash is always a pleasant experience. The young team there is so friendly, helpful, and quite professional. One of the employees I would particularly like to complement is Eddie. He was one of the first people I encountered when I started taking my car there. He must wake up happy every day. There’s always a smile on his face and a wave. He is a wonderful employee and a credit to this company.

Forget the other car washes. I have tried them all. I will absolutely drive the extra 20 minutes out of the way to come here just to wash my car. The vacuums are great (and they are maintained) the drive thru wash even has the roller dryers to prevent water spots.

I absolutely love this location! It's by far the cleanest in my area! The workers are always super helpful and friendly! I do have a favorite, however- his name is Eddie!! He has from the opening been running his butt off- ALWAYS w a smile!!! Very knowledgeable and if honest runs circles around almost everyone there! Everyone is great- but Mr.Eddie has gone beyond to get things done there! I've recommended this car wash to everyone we live around!!! Keep up the great jobs guys!!! It's your value and amazing employees that beat all other washes in area!!!

Love this carwash! We usually drive to Brunswick, but so happy this location is closer to us!

I recently moved to another state and forgot to cancel the carwash membership. I happened to be in town and decided to get the membership off my list. In the process of canceling, the manager noticed I hadn't used the location and refunded me the 3 months of no use.

It was a surprise to be treated with great customer service without asking for a refund.

Have been using this carwash with the storm (highest tier) membership for around 3 months now, works well, friendly staff, my only complaint is the rollers seem just a bit too fast for the dryers to really dry the car off but overall, it's a small price to pay, just hop on the highway afterwards. I plan on continuing my membership for the foreseeable future!

Update: Just would like to recognize a staff member by the name of Logan, who is extremely professional and courteous. I have had numerous issues regarding my sticker not being able to be read, which is quite annoying to pay for a membership, and still have to wait for a staff member to come out and try to figure out why your car sticker is not reading. This happened on numerous occasions and Logan stepped up to go out of his way to call me and try to correct the issue. All the staff is awesome there, but Logan should definitely get recognition!!! Well done👏

We subscribed both of our vehicles to annual plans. Our daughter likes the blinking lights and characters. I like the thorough cleaning, tire shine and automated towel dry.
