Elements Massage

Elements is the best. I’ve been coming here for a few years now and couldn’t be happier. The manager, Carly, is so sweet and she has made this location so beautiful and inviting. I especially love the gorgeous handmade holiday decorations! My favorite therapists are Kristina and Stephanie but everyone I’ve seen here has been wonderful. I also love the membership which allows me to get regular massages at a discount.

I was visiting from out of town and my friend found Elements Massage near her home. Both Sarah and Sara were friendly, helpful and made me feel very welcome. Sara gave me a wonderful massage. It was very smooth, and took out all the knots from traveling the day before. I would highly recommend her. I wish Elements was closer to my house in FL! I will go back next time I'm in Avon, and I believe my friend, Nancy, is going to start going soon. Thanks for helping make my vacation start out so very well.

Great massage parlor on the west side. I came to JT with a shoulder injury and he did a great job focusing on loosening me up and helping me feel better. This is my go to place when I need a quick appointment as well.

Very personalized massage. You select what level of pressure you would like while booking your appointment, and at the appointment the massage therapist will ask more specific questions. I always feel very respected and safe during my appointments, therapists are very careful to provide privacy even as they are working on me. I have always left my appointment feeling healthier and happier.

This place was excellent. Scheduling was easy, paperwork minimal and good communication was had across all staff. Prices a little higher than ive paid in the past for an hr massage but worth it! I felt phenomenal after leaving from a targeted deep tissue massage!! Def reccomend.

Having a monthly subscription pushes me to prioritize my well being. I see the same massage therapist each time and she is incredible. She tailors my massage to focus on my trouble areas but allocates enough time for me to feel like all of my muscles have gotten attention. Highly recommend!

I have the monthly membership and love that if I miss a month it rolls over to the next month. I have Sarah every time and she is amazing. I also like how easy it is to make an appointment on line.

I had an appointment with Ikesha and it was the best one I've ever had!! I've always been happy and way more relaxed leaving a massage, but this one takes the cake for sure. She made sure to get through all my tension spots gently enough that I wasn't uncomfortable, but thoroughly enough that they're actually gone! Her advice for what I can do to help ease at home was great, and she even had me stretch part way through to make sure that nothing was hiding away. I'd come back once a day if I could! 11/10

Elements is known for having excellent massage therapists. My dad, who is older and does not use google to review, received service here recently and had nothing but excellent things to say about his experience.

I did personally have an issue with coordination of a gift card purchase for my staff and was initially very upset. The owner, Tim, called me personally to follow up and was extremely kind. He took the time to look into what happened, apologized, recognized the issue, and worked to resolve the problem effectively.

Tim was extremely professional and clearly cares about client experience. It’s very hard in the current climate of the world to find people who take the time to personally follow up with clients and genuinely care about individual client experience. His professionalism and kindness in this matter were very impressive.

As a business owner, in an industry that can be tough on the body, I look forward to purchasing services for my staff here in the future.

I have been getting monthly massages for almost two years now and it has really made a difference in my overall health and well-being. The atmosphere is clean and very calming. The staff is professional and welcoming. Stephanie is my primary massage therapist. She starts each session by asking about my areas of concern. She then targets these areas and provides a deep tissue massage. She will suggest exercises to improve my flexibility and strength. I would recommend Elements Massage!!

Sandy was amazing - I will lead with that. I have a back that requires a lot of pressure and most places I go a deep tissue massage ends up feeling like a relaxation massage. Sandy let me know she was at half her strength level about a minute or two in, which was very nice. I let her know to dial it up a bit, and I walked out of there feeling like a new person, and I will definitely be back in the near future for another massage.

I made it a gift for my mom and she loved it. She said that the therapist was a sweet heart very professional and delicate! Now she’s talking about becoming a member of the place so she can get her discounts and get massages every month. Lol

I have been participating in the Elements monthly wellness program for a few years now and was lucky enough to discover Stephanie early on. She is completely dedicated to her clients’ well being and structures each massage to address whatever issues you may have going on. My overall health has improved since joining the program and I would definitely recommend it (especially Stephanie! to anyone. :)

I have gotten massages from many places and several different countries but this was by far the best massage I've ever had. Sarah was absolutely fantastic and I felt completely refreshed and relaxed when I left. I generally go for deep tissue massages but her firm pressure massage worked out all the stiff muscles and knots that had been bothering me. If it wasn't for the fact that I might be moving soon for work, I would have 100% booked another appointment on the spot.

In my opinion this is the best place in the area. They call to remind me of my sessions which is huge because I own and manage my own business so my customers are priority one and that causes me to miss Dr. appointments and other things in my personal life. The staff is always friendly and clean. You can talk or be silent and feel comfortable either way. I think if you come here your first time it would make other places look bad, but if it isn't your first time around then you'll be able to appreciate it even more. Massages are a luxury service. I go for medical reasons, but I also know that they will be expensive. If you think spending a 100 dollars on your own wellbeing isn't worth it then buy a whirlpool tub. As far as I'm concerned, I am totally worth the money.

Went there last week and had an amazing experience.The therapist was awesome and was able to help my back and my hamstrings with a deep tissue massage. Also very knowledgeable on his profession. Staff overall very respectful and professional.Definitely will be going again.
