Foxes Lair Apartments

My son had a very positive experience at Foxes Lair. The complex was clean and very well kept. The management was always so helpful and kind to him. Maintenance needs were always responded to quickly. Can’t beat the price.

Moved here from another state and couldn't have found a better complex. The management is the BEST and the maintenance is awesome. Great people and peaceful environment. I love it

My wifes' grandmother lives there and i like the place and the maintenance is very good and friendly management.....

I lived there since 2018 and just moved out at the beginning of January. Never had an issue with management. They always got back to me when I needed something. Maintenance requests were always fulfilled. The Maintenance man was in charge of all 4 buildings, so some things would just take some time. We had a couple issues with holes in roofs but that was not Foxes issue. That was the roofing company's issue. So overall, good place to live. Convenient and close to lots of places to eat or grocery shop.

I lived here for 6 years, the management and maintenance is a joke. Rachel will not get back with you until she has to or you track her down and her husband does the maintenance but he can only do so much. If it's too much they will ignore you. The neighbors are great, but the park has trash over flowing and skunks everywhere. They want you to pay 700 plus for a one bedroom that isn't much and with a pet you will be paying close to 800. They will kick you out when you lease is up no negotiation nothing even if you been there for years. Just not the best place look elsewhere.

I debated on writing a review for a while now. First and foremost the people who live in the complex were great and we never had an issue. The grounds for the most part are kept clean for a while there the garbage was overflowing and a lot of furniture being left out made it look a bit "ghetto".

My one and only complaint is management. This has to be by far the WORST management company I have ever had to deal with. They never keep appointment times, never came back to fix the things I had asked for ; for several months. They were rude and inconsistent on terms and conditions regarding the apartment. I have lived in apartments since 2004 and I left this place due to management. I don't rule out moving here just be prepared to wait long months before anything you need gets fixed and when it does its with an attitude or lack of knowledge from the maintenance man who is the boyfriend or fiancé of the landlord.

I have lived there for like a year and a half. I am now being evicted. They not re newing my lease. The rent is paid on time every month. I keep to myself. I don't party, etc. I don't complain about nothing. I keep to myself. I now have no where to go. No one in Elyria takes ex felons or the program that pays my rent. That is why I only giving it one star.
