Super clean. So much stuff! Probably the most amount of vinyl I’ve seen in a store that wasn’t a dedicated record store. Prices were ok. Not outrageous like some other Exchanges. Was very surprised about this store would gladly come back.

I was looking for Jesus Christ Super Stars with John Legend. They did not have a copy but they were able to locate one and I should receive this week.

The store is clean and the albums, movies and cds' are well organized.

Excellent customer service. Great selection of DVDs albums and they are more than welcome to go above and beyond to help track down anything you need. I highly recommend this record exchange above the others

I really like this place. They have a huge selection and the employees are friendly. Where else are you going to go and find NES games under the same roof as PS5 games? All of the reviews complaining about low-ball offers when selling stuff make me laugh. That's capitalism, folks. Do they look like they're understocked? They don't have to buy your old stuff at all, be happy when they offer you $3 for a game.

Everyone that works there is super nice. They all say Hello when you 1st walk in. We told them what we were looking for and took us right to it. Let us look for awhile but kept checking on us. They were all very knowledgeable in what we were asking about. They were able to get us the system we wanted as well as what we needed to play the games we picked out. Super fun!
I highly recommend this place.

THE BEST place for music, CDs, DVDs, collectables, used Xbox, playstation, Nintendo games, accessories, stand alone consoles and hand-held gaming! Tons of vinyl and now music gear! Guitars, basses and amplifiers! Elyria is the flagship store, but all exchanges have a wide variety of music gifts and collectables! It's a must stop in place for the holidays and year round gifts!

I love this sort of resale shops! They have very good selection of games, Funko pops, DVD/Blu-rays, and novelty stuff. The staff there are attentive and very helpful. I always like to stop by when I’m in the area to see what they just got.

Come on what’s not to love about the Exchange? Movies, music, games… things to collect… one could say you can spend weeks in that place looking at everything! I absolutely love the place!!!

Probably the biggest and best Exchange location around. The staff are pretty helpful and attentive. The prices are okay, but you can sometimes eke out a couple of extra bucks if you’re trading stuff in. Really good selection of older games and DVD/BluRay

So I started going to this store when it was "The Record Exchange." As a broke teenager in the 90s having access to a ton of used CDs and Cassettes was amazing! I found so many bands that would become important to me. And to be able to pick them up for a couple of bucks from my food service job was so great. About 30 years later, things have changed, but thankfully not for the worse. The location is now in a much bigger building! I honestly had not been in since they relocated but I'm glad I did! So much more than just CDs and Cassettes now. I've been going on the weekends to look at vinyl and while the Metal selection could be better, I've still found a couple of gems. The only thing that bums me out is the lack of cassettes. There are a few floating around but I miss browsing the used tapes. I found an original Misfits Evillive cassette back when I was probably 15 or 16 for $1.00!!! To this day, that is the best dollar I ever spent. The internet of course has made collecting and finding amazing deals like that much more difficult but I still enjoy the nostalgia blast and the vinyl selection. Happy hunting!

Great place to find blue rays , DVD’s and games. Trade in values are always better then GameStop.

Haven’t been here in awhile and they updated the store and it looks great. Helpful staff. Needed a few cassettes for my car and they still had a nice selection of them. Fair pricing

Much fun & collectibles to be had at The Exchange. More classic vinyl records than I've seen anywhere else. Pop culture galore, old & new.

Very friendly, took me to the music I wanted, helped me look for specific songs and the albums they didn't have there they found, ordered them in and texted me when they arrived. Prices are very affordable and sound quality excellent! I recommend this place. You may run into me there too.

I've shopped at The Exchange for decades now. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating and I've alwaya thought the prices were reasonable.

And the building is great, very spacious and has a lot of variety, be it old and new video games, electronic accessories, board games, and movies/TV/anime/comics.

I love the Exchange. Not only can you find collectible items for yourself and unique gifts for others...the music selection is second to none. If you can't find what you are looking for, just ask one of the sales associates. Just a heads up...this store gets busy on the weekends. I would recommend going on a weekday. Relax and enjoy the amazing selection of music and items around you.
