This giant eagle is well run. Usually, everything is in the same spot as usual. Makes things easy to find. Most of staff is friendly and helpful. I have nothing negative to say about this store.

Great grocery store. A bit on the pricey side, but hopefully that will change soon. Usually always have what I need and don't have to go to several stores to get my shopping done.

Walking down the aisles is peaceful. Shelves are usually stocked if not you can ask a helpful employee that makes the shopping difference altogether. Been coming here as a little kid , little has changed in the best way possible. Sometimes things need to change sometimes like a good grocery store or restaurant don't.

People think GE expensive but not true great deals here .

Have been grocery shopping more and more here. There prices are comparable to Walmart (Walmart prices have drastically increased), with a better meat section, food on the shelves and actual cashiers with the option of self checkout. Not to mention the fuel perks and chocolate cookies are so good.

I love the variety of brands. Clean restrooms, friendly service. Great pharmacy!!!

My favorite grocery store. Has a great selection of produce , meat choices 5 for 19.99 and all the gluten-free things anyone might need. Great doughnuts too for those who aren't☺ Three years later and I don't even want to give them one star! They are rude and really unhelpful! I have been noticing a lot of extra items on my receipts so when my total was shockingly high today I asked a question and was given the brush off. When asked if I wanted my receipt emailed or printed I asked for it to be emailed because I know from experience they tell you it says you've asked for email and they won't print it. Got home expecting to see my receipt in my email and it hasn't come. Called customer service( I use the term loosely) and they hung up before I could ask a question so I called the store was asked by someone in a hurry what I wanted and was transferred to the meat department! It's like they are all high or asleep on the job. Then I finally get transferred to the front desk and am told " We have nothing to do with that" ???? But if you come in and give us your card number we can print you a receipt. Why , if I give them my number can't the email me one??? Shoddy service.

My local store, and I love it, the produce is always fresh and not full of gnats like wal-mart produce is, prices could be lower but I guess thats what you get for a big name store like Giant Eagle, either way, I love it, and the perks as well.

I love their self checkout, there is no 12 item or less limit. The store is organized and clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

I retired from this location. Believe it or not I forgot my store card! Customer can now look up card # at checkout, nice convenience!
Just learned the Market Drive location in Elyria offering curbside & delivery services since March 2023! Can't wait to check it out!

Loved being able to stop and shop here in a semi. Many other stores and restaurants in the area. Giant is an amazing supermarket, not like those on the West coast.

I have been a Giant Eagle customer for about 25 years, most of them spent at this store. I have never had a bad experience of any kind. The store has always been well-kept and well-stocked, and their house brands are all of good quality. They stock all the items that I prefer, but also add new items and services regularly. The addition of an in-store liquor outlet a few years ago made it even more convenient to shop there, and their prices are kept in line with other stores in the area. Finally, I really enjoy using my Fuel Perks points about once a month to get a tank of gas for less than $1 per gallon!

Great place to get groceries, they have all the name brands you could possibly want and for a fair price. Great deli as well. I love buying the items needed to make my own subs at home. They also have a kitchen type thing where you can get rotisserie chicken macaroni and cheese and just things like that.
