Not a member yet but got to use their Body Pod for 2 scans for $100. Met with Braeden who is very professional and able to communicate the results and help suggest goals and meals. I look forward to working with them and possibly becoming a member!

Update: I am a member now! I'm also doing some virtual coaching with Braeden. He has adjusted my workouts to tailor them to my goals completely. I have been seeing results and most of all getting the coaching pointers about why and positive feedback on my progress. I am an intermediate lifter and a former college athlete. Braeden and Keegan give lots of mobility work and correction while challenging you to get 5 more at the end of your set. These gym owners are young, confident but lead the gym by actively learning and teaching new things weekly. They care about their members health and know everyone personally within a week.

If you are looking for a gym with no contracts, help with reaching your goals, and caring gym instructors...then this is the place for you! Momentum gym is far best the greatest gym ever. I was able to get a introduction class for free to see if it would benefit me to sign up and lo and behold I had a lot of fun and their classes helped me workout every muscle in my body 😊. I highly recommend this gym Keagen and Braeden are the best gym coaches ever!

I joined about a month ago (no contract!) and was amazed. I tend to workout alone and have noticed over the past month continuous growth & quality in equipment. I enjoy the 24/7 access, old school vibe, and top class trainers. The #1 gym in Wisconsin for trainers & potential growth. Highly recommended

Trainers are friendly and knowledgeable. They care about your health and fitness, work with you to figure out goals (if you don’t already have them), and then help you reach those goals. It is a team effort and you, as an athlete, are part of that team. The trainers make sure before each class starts that there are not any injuries they need to know about and how their athletes are feeling after the previous day’s workout. The gym has a great vibe, positive athletes, and trainers that truly care about you as a person and not just the money you pay them.

I've never done group fitness classes except for yoga so this was new to me. I have enjoyed it a lot. The coaches and owners really make you feel welcome no matter your starting point. They are friendly and encouraging, which is super nice. The workouts are varied and can be as intense as you'd like them to be.
