This place has good food served by good people.

I've been here plenty of times and have never been disappointed.

There was 3 of us each one of us enjoyed the food.

The meal didn't come real fast but we sat there eating our complimentary chips and salsa. It wasn't hot and had a good flavor.

As we waited, we were given a second chips and salsa.

The meal was fresh and warm. Not too spicy and what they brought out filled the plate. I had the rellano burrito and it was plenty. My wife had the tapatio nachos smothered. They were great but every chip had something on it. They were truly smothered.

This was a good visit. We recommend this place.

The food is great, I love to take my family here would recommend.

This was our first time trio by El Tapatio, and we will be back! When they brought them out, my fajitas sizzled all the way from the kitchen. My husband had burrito crema. Both of us enjoyed our food, and the portions were so huge we took half home for later. Our wait staff was attentive and friendly.

This is THE BEST Mexican food restaurant I have EVER been to, other places don't get their chips and salsa and street tacos as freshly made or as well flavored as this place does. It's a family owned restaurant which is amazing! If you are going through Preston, ID, this is the best restaurant in the entire town!

I have enjoyed the flavor, the food has. You can order spicy or just flavor. Excellent choices and excellent service.

We love eating at ElTapatio. They are one of two evening restaurants that we still have in Preston. The food is great and authentic. Very enjoyable.

This is a great little Mexican food place in prestin, idaho. We stop in each year on our Labor day trip up there. Always great service and great reception for our large group.

It's as close to authentic Mexican as you can get. That is, if you know what to order. Everything is good and for a decent price. Service is great. As a white guy, I've been treated like trash in other Mexican restaurants but get treated like family here.

Mexican food is my comfort food.
It might be months between visits but, when I do walk into El Tapatio, I know I am going to be eating the best Mexican food in Cache Valley, their house salsa is to die for! Friendly staff, always clean and an authentic menu.

I love El Tapatio, from the friendly owner who visits with guests to the authentic Mexican food, this place is a win win for me. Their chips and salsa are like nowhere else, and definitely the best I've had around. Their fajitas are my favorite and are always cooked just right. You should stop by!

In town to check out the Napoleon Dynamite filming locations. Seemed fitting to try Preston’s Mexican restaurant. It was delicious! The tacos, taco salad and chips and salsa were all excellent. Our server Carla was really good.

Good service, excellent food, and fair prices! Highly recommend the combination fajitas or the camarones Monterey. Really hard choice sometimes because so much of their food is mouth-watering delicious!

This is the best Mexican food in Preston period. All of their employees speak English and service can’t be beat. If you want to eat at a restaurant and not a cafeteria, this is the place.
