Talia was so personable and kind, not only was she efficient and knowledgeable she was also super professional. She made sure to check if I was comfortable and if I needed adjusting of any kind throughout my entire appointment. This was my first time having her as my hygienist and I wish I would have had her all the years I’ve been coming here. I could have sat and talked to her all day she was such a fun person to spend the appointment with. She made coming to the dentist a truly enjoyable experience!

Dr. Carter and his staff are fantastic with my 3 year old! My little one was able to sit like a champ while his teeth were being looked at and he absolutely loved the balloon animal he got to take home! He thought that was the coolest thing ever!

I truly appreciate everyone at Canyon Creek Dental! They’re so friendly and they’re all great at what they do. We drive out of our way to be in their care. Dr. Carter and his staff are super great with all my kids too!

This dental office is very pleasant to walk into. They meet your needs immediately. It doesn't take long, probably 5 minutes wait for your appointment to start, meaning they're very prompt in calling you in at your appointment time. They are very pleasant to talk to. They ask you if you are having any problems with your teeth. They are very gentle cleaning your teeth or getting x-rays. Check out time was easy and pleasant. Overall a very good experience. 5 stars

I’ve been going here for the last 5 years Dr. Carter and Dr. baitman are amazing I only trust them to work on my mouth and never have they failed me 🫶🏼 they are very kid friendly and always know how to cheer someone up when they are nervous! The hygienists do amazing and are always willing to stop and wait a minute to let my teeth calm down as I have super sensitive teeth!

Extremely impressed with my new dental team at Canyon Creek Dental in Preston. It had been nearly four years (plus a relocation) since I’d been to a dentist. Dr. Bateman and his hygienist, Talia, are absolutely incredible, as are the front desk staff. If you’re looking for a dental team that not only cares about your incisors, canines and molars; but also you as a person - this is the place!

Dr Bateman did amazing on pulling my son’s molar due to an abscess. He was informative, kind and patient. I would highly recommend him.

I was having a rough day with my daughter and she had to come with me to the dentist. They were so good to work with me and help keep her occupied during my cleaning. I was expecting to just power through it quickly but they went the extra mile to keep her entertained and happy. It was certainly above and beyond anything I could have expected. I will never choose another dentist for myself or my family.

I have been going to Canyon Creek Dental for years now. Always a friendly staff. Today was a simple visit in and out. In years past, they have been very good to accommodate me for a toothache that could not wait. Check ups, cleanings. They are always good to answer questions about my bills too.

The team in Preston is top notch. The hygienists are gentle and thorough and take the time to get to know their patients. The dentists are professional and provide options so patients feel that they are in control of their own dental care. 😀

Amazing staff - from the front desk, to the assistants, to the dentists. Everyone is just so happy and nice. The dentist takes time to talk with you and listen to your questions or concerns and answer them. They make kids feel comfortable - mine look forward to going.

Had my six-month cleaning and check up. Talia did an excellent job. I have never had a better cleaning in my entire life. Thank you for the great service!!!

The staff here was very friendly and courteous. I was in and out of my appointment in less than an hour and I was very happy with my dentist, Dr. Bateman. He explained the procedure clearly and helped put me and my anxious nerves at ease. Highly recommend!

Excellent dental care with clean facilities, courteous/professional staff and outstanding customer service! Miss Talia is a master of local anesthesia and Dr. Bateman and his assistant (did not catch her name) expertly fixed two old fillings that needed a bit of TLC. Highly recommend!

I’ve had great experiences with this office. They did a really nice crown in a very timely manner. I’ve had a couple of the dental hygienists for cleanings and really liked them both.

My kids love coming here and there is zero fear about going to the dentist. They are quick and efficient and I never feel like we are waiting around for them. Today after getting a root canal and cavities fixed Dr. Carter made them balloon animals.

Canyon Creek dental has been great with my little kids. They are fast and knowledgeable and have given great advice to help keep the kids teeth healthy.

I took my daughter in and got her 1st Cavity filled. Dr. Carter was amazing, he worked with her and took his time explaining what he was doing and talked to her thoughout the procedure to make her feel more comfortable. Afterwards he made her a balloon animal bracelet, which she thought was the coolest. I was very Impressed with how well they worked with her.
