Since when is dealing with storage challenges enjoyable? Epic place. Clean, friendly staff, well lit, secure. What else could a guy ask for. Well done Storage Guys! (and gals).

Close to base. Management was always friendly and helpful. Unit stayed dry even during local flood conditions. Clean facilities and no signs of rodents. Other than some price creep over my two plus years there. I have no complaints.

I have had a small unit (5x 8 I think) and I moved into a 10x25 unit. Both were clean and nice when I moved in and it made me feel good. Tanya and Christine are really sweet!! They help with all your storage needs!!! And they were really patient with my ADHD brain!!! If I ever move again, I will be sure to keep my things there with them!!!

I am having this storage 2nd time in USA. And the service I got on my previous one was amazing. I was with them for 5+ years. Never had any problem in any way. Commendable customer service, whether in-person or over the phone.

And now I come to Storage Mart, I got the same response what I got before. Very great customer service. Very good communication. I felt like, I am home. I want to take her out to either drink or eat, because she deserves everything.

Had a cross country military move and needed a reliable storage facility. Felt welcomed as soon as the doors opened. 10/10 recommend

Lady who confirmed my unit with my ID and showed me where unit...short blonde hair, super nice and great customer service. Just came back here recently and she helped me set up my auto payments and she's very helpful every time I come her name is Tanya. Great to work with people who have customer service skills like hers

What a great storage solution. Super friendly staff! Super flexible hours (6am to 9pm!) And please forgive the pun but their value versus price point is right on the money!

I was glad that they had a small storage available. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. Always helpful when I forgot my code to get in. Facility is clean and kept up well.

This has been a great experience for me. I feel very comfortable with the way I was explained all of the details and how quickly I was able to get my storage. I believe that the customer service coming from Mary was exceptional and is a great reflection of this company's morals and standards. I will definitely refer The Storage Guy's to anyone!!!! Very nice clean facility. Rooms are individually armed, super secure! Rental was very quick and easy, the manager Tanya is Super accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended , five stars for sure

I wish I found this facility sooner. Manager was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The facility is well kept up and nice looking. I actually pay less now than where I was prior. My unit has lighting in it and I love the hours. When moving into my unit I didn't have a step to go up when rolling items inside of it. So far I am amazed by this place.

I rented a unit today which began with a stressful search,being on a short time line for my move. A woman I met on Christmas eve at another Storage facility called Storage Guys at Walter's Ct. in Fairfield Ca. I spoke to the clerk and set up renting a unit in a clean and secure rental space. I was relieved to met the clerk in person and she was great. I will recommend Storage Guys to all my friends who need their help with moving and Storage.
