I have used their services for over six months now. The place is great and especially the manager Madie. She is nice and caring and has great customer skills. She explained all the terms and conditions thoroughly and in a simple manner. She even remember my name after 2 months of not being at the store. Thank you and great work girl!!!

I came in to get a 10x10 I started on a shady 3rd party app that did not make my reservation correctly. The manager Madie called me directly to fix it which I completely appreciated. Once that was fixed I got an email confirmation and the option to sign the lease and pay online. (Also really liked that) When I finally got there out of breath and at the last second the amazingness continued. Madie helped me quickly and with amazing customer service. I got in got the paperwork done and unloaded the first load of stuff in less then 45 minutes! Also loving the many many cameras they have security is top notch! I’m not even exaggerating a little bit is the amazing part!

The early morning customer service was exceptional. The property manager Madie is such an awesome person. Super personable, very helping, and explains all the details of the lease. She also will take the time to answer any questions and walks you through every process. She truly cares to give you the best experience and not just treat you like a follow of money. StorageMart has the best prices around and their hours to access your belongings are incredible if you have a crazy schedule.

Madie & Jason have been great! The facility is clean! They gave me storage size options and met my needs. They even made my Sparkle (my dog) feel comfortable and gave her water. Thank you !

Customer Service at the highest level with Jason & Madie. Upon my arrival Jason greeted me with a smile. Explained my contract as I inadvertently, paid for two storage units online. Both, Jason and Maddie assisted me with rectifying my account issues with patience and understanding. The very first time we entered this place we knew our experience was going to be great. Jason & Madie definitely showed that to us. My wife & I own a Pet Boarding Facility & always cater to our clients needs & concerns. This place is an excellent establishment due to the Employees running the show. Please don't change.

We have used this storage facility before. So when we needed a large one ASAP for my ill mothers furniture. Mattie was very helpful but what was so heartfelt was how all of them in the office treated us. Thank You!

I’m in the middle of moving out of my house at the moment and have spent days looking for a reasonable priced storage unit. Now I have never had one prior to today so I didn’t know where to start nor know what I am to look for. I went on google and started searching and the first company I tried made the experience confusing, frustrating and worried. After going back to google and trying again that I was in need of a storage unit and fast. I came across Storage Mart and put a reservation on line. Madie called me right away to confirm the reservation and asked if I had any questions and because I was hesitant to book online or over the phone. I asked her if there were a possibility that it came to view the space. She told me no problem and they will be happy to show me. When I arrive Jason greeted me and I explain my situation and how I wasn’t sure of how large of unit I needed. He stated that a 10x10 would be good for me but he wanted to still show me the difference in units and access to them. He didn’t try to sell me on the first higher priced unit they had but worked his way backwards showed me the lowered priced ones. Gave me multiple options and took his time to make sure we found the right unit for me, made sure I was comfortable and confident with the unit. After I made a decision we went back to the office and shortly after I was all ready to start moving my things in. Overall it was a humble and warming experience and not Madie and Jason are great. Oh also the place is kept very clean and protected. I recommend them 100%

Maddie & Jason at Storage Mart on Walters Rd. are very great and understanding workers. They care about their customers and their job and will be very polite and understanding to you. If you need to store your items, this is the place to go too.

Been with this Storagemart for about 10yrs now, I had never had any major issues with my unit.
Madie had always helped me out with everything. She's professional, approachable & very helpful. I appreciate her very much. I had currently added another storage unit and Jason was so friendly and such a great help. They both are wonderful and so nice. Will for sure continue to do business with them.
