Terrific atmosphere. Friendly staff. Leah was our server and she was very attentive and nice. Food was great in large portions. Will definitely come back if in the area.

Awesome food, great service and even better pie! I was pleasantly surprised by the unassuming building and decor. Old school diner, hone town feel. I definitely recommend this place.

Stopped in for lunch on a rainy day. Our waitress did a great job helping to get food quickly to my family. Chose mostly breakfasts items and a PB&J for one of the kiddos. Dang those fries were perfect! Eggs were light and fluffy. Mostly comfort food on the menu with some healthier choices blended in.

Good food, kind waiter, clean, comfy and romantic. And you can buy a pie for $13 to take home.

Wonderful place to eat! The staff was very friendly and attentive. The cornbread tasted like something you would eat at grandma's house, delicious! The cheesy cauliflower soup was to die for! To top it off, the pie was definitely the reason for coming here! Will definitely be coming back.

What's delight, my wife and I stopped in on Saturday and had lunch, we enjoyed it so much we decided to go back on Monday (13 September, my birthday), we ordered Fish & Chips and pie for my birthday. The waitress told me since it was my birthday my meal was free!! Not only my meal but also my pie. Everything was extraordinary, (we couldn't eat all the fries, so Pam our waitress told us the best way to reheat them). Service 5 Star, Food 5 Star along with the atmosphere, best of all folks it has some of the cleanest rest rooms I've been in. I'm a retired Executive Housekeeper and I was impressed!! Thanks for the Experience.

Outstanding experience. The food was amazing. Had both breakfast and lunch at the table and everything was excellent. It's too bad the owner wants to retire and sell the place, the waitress said he was actually in the kitchen cooking due to the fact that you can't find good help these days.

I wish I could take it over and maintain the high standards for product and service this place has, an owner willing to go into the kitchen at a restaurant to keep the ship afloat is truly outstanding. This place is a gem.

We liked the booths for privacy and noise reduction. This place has that. The breakfast was very good. Portion size with a little more than average. Waffles and pancakes were slightly sweet which is always nice and they were cooked to a light brown crispy goodness. Bacon was higher-quality and coffee was decent.

I'm used to getting two pieces for sausage or bacon or one patty. In this case it was one patty only and two pieces of bacon was additional. That was a little bit of a letdown. That was compensated by the quality of the bacon.

The waitress was sometimes very aloof and almost kind of rude and then other times was quite nice. So that evened out as well.

I cannot wait to return! I had a road trip and was unable to get a pie, but the breakfast was so savory and yummy! Good portions, just enough to share with those I love! And such sweet, kind, complimentary service! Made for a beautiful start to our day!

We just went for our 3 year anniversary. Our server was Emily was wonderful. The sandwich was yummy and the fries perfectly crispy. Even gave me seasoning to make my own fry sauce. Hubby had hash browns and they were the best. Also loved the pie and huckleberry lemonade.

This place feels like home. Great team of wait staff. Susan is so friendly and attentive to her customers. Food is simple, Hot, and fresh. The pie was AMAZING, do not skip this part when you come here. Be patient with this family owned local gem.

A very "out there" restaurant, the employees are typically long term, so they care a lot about service. Our waitress was very nice, and even let us know that my brother got his meal free because it was his birthday; without any of us even asking if there was a birthday discount. We got some of their amazing pies, and even an additional pie for free because they don't store any pies overnight... everything is fresh. Overall a very good restaurant, if you happen to be passing through the town you MUST try this place.

Love the atmosphere, steak was perfect, good vibe all around. First time at a restaurant that I didn't have to ask for more ranch. ( My fellow ranch lovers understand how awesome that is!) =D

The fact that all 3 of my children gobbled every morsel of the food speaks bounds on the quality of the food served here. It tastes homemade and feels homey. We had the Chicken Pot Pie, Beef and Veggie Soup and the German Sausage Skillet along with 2 cream pie slices. The owner, Rex?, made us feel at home. My kids' curiosity to the antique housewares, stove top and tools caught his attention and he gave them a tour that helped set the tone for our happy and fulfilling meal. We will definitely make this a family favorite for some good country food.
