Tailor was incredibly awesome! She's very helpful...saved us lots on our monthly bill. Very friendly abd made the process smooth to get a new phone, and to work on streaming platforms. She's a natural with people!

Wonderful in store experience working with Corey at this location. The SIM card in my iPhone took a turn for the worst over the holiday weekend. When stores reopened, I was able to find this location easily and was greeted as soon as I walked in. Corey listened patiently as I described the problem and he resolved it immediately. Overall, the SIM card issue was an easy one to fix but his welcoming and helpful attitude sincerely made a difference in my experience!

Corey was super great! He hooked me up with all the best discounts and devices. I definitely recommend him to anyone.

Jaymin was awesome! Helped me trade my damaged phone in and get a great new phone totally setup for me no stress or hassle and made sure my bill was the lowest I could get for my needs.

Brian Moore did a wonderful job of making sure that I walked away with a brand new phone that worked with my college budget along with all the perks and protection I needed for my new IPhone. I enjoyed talking to him while he tapped away on his iPad to keep my set up going and made the whole “buying a new phone” hassle, no hassle at all.

Everyone here was super friendly and helped my family out with setting us up with the newest and best devices and plans, shoutout to Serena she was super friendly and outgoing!!!

I started the day at the store in Ponderay and got no help at all .. in fact was told I had to call customer service to get a few adjustments made to my account.. quickly, I decided to drive to the Sandpoint Location and thank goodness because Hains was able to help me immediately with the 3 issues I had on my account and he was also able to get me set up with a new phone! Thanks to Hains I didn’t have to spend countless hours on the phone with “customer service” which usually ends in not solving the issue. He quickly fixed everything immediately instead of passing it off like the other store.

Tailor Tailor helped me with my new iphone set up-i was having trouble. She fixed my problem in under ten minutes and was especially considerate with me. Top notch employee! I will recommend her to anyone choosing Verizon.

Brian was an absolute rockstar!! His patience and professionalism was above and beyond!! His multitasking was amazing!! It was an absolute pleasure having his help.
