The drinks are outstanding and CHEAP! Compare to nearby places and this is a no-brainer. Want it all sugar free? They'll do all the switches. Don't like lime? No problem, they'll love you anyway. Energy instead of soda? Easy.

This place will customize within an inch of your life and make you feel like royalty the whole time.

The staff are always impeccable, the service and goods are quality, and any (RARE) time I've had a mix up they've made it right.

Seriously stellar company.

Also... I love their cookies.

I’ve tried a bunch of different soda places and Twisted Sugar is definitely my favorite! Drinks are great and the cookies are excellent! I especially like the gluten free options that they have. My mom has a gluten sensitivity and has tried a ton of different products, but she said the gluten free salted caramel cookie was probably the best cookie she’s ever had! I’ve officially converted from Fiiz to Twisted Sugar, you won’t be disappointed!

I am so glad I tried this place. I think that their cookies are genuinely better than the other cookie places in town. The staff was great as well and gave us a free drink for our first visit. Both the drinks and the cookies were so good! I'll be going back a lot!

The new owners contacted me asking if there was a second chance I would give for their customer service to be made right. I tried to replicate the same experience I had previously to see if anything had changed. They've added a menu and ordering system further back in the line of cars and it definitely decreased the wait time in line which is a huge plus. We also went right before closing and did not run into the same problem of them essentially closing up early despite having customers coming within the open times. I'm sad they removed the limes from the bottom of the twisted twister drinks but they still tasted amazing. Also tried out their new gluten free cookie and it was delicious. Overall, it was a night and day good experience and I do think the new owners are improving the customer service all around. I took a long break from twisted sugar since my past review but I suspect i will be back now that things have been switched up.

We went through the drive through and got there 20 minutes before closing and then waited 10 minutes behind 3 other cars before we got to the window. I ordered a twister ice cream smoothie and two cookies and was then told that they had already started sanitizing their smoothie machine since it was close to closing. That's really terrible customer service. To be closing and eliminate availability to part of your menu when you still had a steady stream of customers AND you were not outside your open hours posted everywhere? I can get great tasting cookies and mixed sodas at 2-3 other locations here in Logan but I chose Twisted Sugar because I wanted that product that should have been available. Super disappointed with this experience and hope management sees this review and corrects the problem with their employees.

Best place in Logan to get cookies and drinks hands down.

Best drink to get is the Bobcat blast but, swap out the sprite for MTN dew trust me it's way good.
Best cookie is the salted Carmel. Although the cookies n cream is a very close 2nd!

Drinks are priced fair and the cookies as well, and the store is always nice and clean.

The employees are awesome! I came in 5 minutes before close (which I don't normally do) and they were so friendly and still made me up a drink and cookies!

Ordered for my sisters birthday and grubhub didn't pick up my order. The store called me and they hand delivered it. Top notch customer service! She said the cookies are so yummy

I had a lemonade with mango puree. A peach shortbread cookie And a nutella cookie, it was delicious. They are sweet but overly sweet.

Love twisted sugar. Was 1000% loyal to Swig for a long time but now twisted sugar is my go to. Their prices are better than swig and whips and for what I get, it tastes the exact same. The customer service is amazing. One time I ordered a hot chocolate twister and they realized they didn’t have the right stuff for it so on top of a refund they gave me 5 dollars… that’s quality customer service! Cookies are bomb too

Such a good experience at Twisted Sugar last night. It was my first time in and I wanted to try ALL the cookie flavors. So many good ones. The girl helping me was patient and friendly as I made my decisions. So happy to have them on the south end of town. I also noticed they have huckleberry Torani syrup for some of their drink mixes which is awesome because it’s one of my favorite mix ins and not at another local soda shop nearby.

Went into Twisted Sugar this morning and was greeted by the sweetest girl with blonde bangs. I didn't catch her name, but she was working so hard and wanted make sure I was 100% satisfied with my drink! Totally coming back and trying the crinkle cookie she suggested with my diet coke and a lemon! Awesome staff at the Logan store!!!

We love the cookies and drinks, 5 stars easily... really gotta cut that drive thru wait time down tho. Y’all have been open for a little while now and i would love to keep supporting but i don’t have 45 minutes to wait in a relatively short line of only 5-7 cars every time i visit. You got this tho!💪🏽📈 I know nothing about the cookie and drinks business, but maybe a suggestion to consider having an employee taking orders outside like some other businesses do? Maybe not 🤷🏽‍♂

I am gluten-free. I have a very difficult time finding any tasty gluten-free products--especially baked goods. Twisted Sugar has gluten-free cookies and they're delicious. They're expensive. One gluten-free cookie is $3, but I didn't think about the cost when I ate it all. I tried the salted caramel sugar cookie. Each time I go back, I'm going to try a new one. I'm really happy I have a place to go to now if I feel like I want something sweet, delicious, and gluten-free.

Update: the new owner of Twisted Sugar reached out to me. He was so nice and went out of his way to fix things.

I got on their website and ordered some cookies. I went to pick them up at the time I had selected on their site but when I got there they were closed. On Google it said that they were open. It was a Utah holiday so I’m totally fine with them closing early, but their site shouldn’t have let me submit my order if they weren’t going to be open. I called them the following business day to get a refund and the manager said that she would have to check with the owner and call me back. She never did call me back and I had to call them again the next day.

I'll update my review as soon as they bring back the Haydo with Monster in it. It was the only reason to go here before.

Edit: In response to the owner. I did try it with the rockstar and it was terrible. Which is why I wrote this review.

Edit: So happy about the monster option haydo. I'll give them 6 stars if the original monster becomes an option again. But the white SF one is good too. (White is the only option they have). And the red bull haydo is also very good.

The service was amazing. The employee were fast and friendly. I was greeted with a smile at the window. Gracie and Kinley went out of their way to help me.

Tried Twisted Sugar for the first time tonight, had absolutely no idea what to expect, once we opened our box, there was TWO extra cookies and a little note saying that the cookies were a little on the small side so they gave us some extra. Super sweet!! And the drinks and cookies are absolutely delicious!!

Love this place!!! They have gluten free sugar cookies that are to DIE FOR!!! The customer service is out of this world. AND the way they package for their delivery orders is so good. I’m so grateful they came to Logan! Love Twisted Sugar!!

We didn’t realize the change of hours for New Years and came in at the last second and we almost turned around but one of the employees, Jenna, was so kind and accommodating and said that she would make our order anyways. Great employee!

Always been happy with my orders here and I think they have friendly staff. Their banana cream pie cookie is genius and one of the best sweet treats I’ve ever tasted.

This place has the most delightful sugar cookies with all sorts of imaginative toppings. Their sugar doodle is a tasty dream!
