Dr. Knapp is an awesome doctor. I went to him when pregnant and he was awesome with me and our baby. The staff there are all super nice and professional.

We have always had good service here. The staff has been kind and helpful. Our doctor is Dr. Patten and we think he's great! He always answers all of my questions and explains everything really well. He's not pushy about anything, just gives his professional opinion and you can take it or leave it. I feel like he really cares about his patients and wants them to feel as healthy and comfortable as possible.

Love this office! Dr. Patten is my OBGYN and has helped me tremendously throughout my pregnancies. I get super sick and they have gone above and beyond helping me out if I needed IV fluid or anything else. His MA Ramona is also amazing and always gets back to me quickly if I need something. We have seen urgent care doctors here like Joel Webb and they always remember us and treat us like family! Best office around!

They’ve always been amazing to me! Sometimes I go to Dr. Patten and sometimes I go to Dr. Wyatt. They both are phenomenal. Although I love going to Dr. Wyatt because she’s always super sweet and understanding. I know i can trust her.

I have loved my experiences at Willow Valley for many years! Everything from well checks, women’s health and pediatric care! Hardly any wait time, easy to schedule and great staff!

My most favorite nurse practitioner in the world works here. Amy Pabawena is the best ever.

The doctors here are great. I love them. The office staff… is questionable. I called to see when my daughter’s appointment was, because I totally forgot the date for sure and put it in on the wrong date (I know because I accidentally put it in as a Sunday) and the lady told me the date and immediately hung up. In a very flat tone, she told me, “Her appointment is (date) at (time),” and then hung up. Nothing else. Just that. Super rude. Get it together, you guys.

The doctors and nurses are super helpful and friendly. The office staff, with the exception of Sylvia, have been grumpy and rude to me and my wife.

Love some of the Staff, others are terrible. Was 3 minutes late for my 5 year old sons appointment. They cancelled the appointment and said to come back later. After I left work early to make that time. I understand being late (as I work at a Dentist office) but they never get you back on time anyways. Would 3 minutes actually make a difference? We don't even call patients until they are 5 minutes late, they didnt even call. Just canceled the appointment. Went across the street to Bomtrager and they were happy to get us in right then. Turns out he had bronchitis, was nice to have someone willing to help.

My primary doctor has been away for months so i have to schedule with other doctors or PAs. Anytime I schedule with the other doctors it's a week to 3 weeks out till I can see them. I understand that I should have scheduled an appointment after my last visit. I thought my primary Doctor would be back by now from the information that was relayed to me. Either way as and asthmatic I can't wait over a week for a refill on an inhaler. It very difficult to just get an refill for an inhaler here... I can't just not breath till I wait to see a doctor that's weeks out? Some of the doctors here are great. It just the staff and receptions seem very High strung at times. Plus the doctors nurses and staff never awnser when they transfer your call to them.
