Got what I needed, but it took about an 1 hr and 30 mins to do so.

I went to the DMV to get a copy of my title sent to Idaho instead of Utah. I had talked to someone on the phone before hand on what form I needed to fill out. I filled it out and then went to the DMV. When I got there they said I filled out the wrong form and provided a different one that was completely different. As I was filling out the form I asked multiple times as I was filling it out that it would be sent to my Utah address. When they were entering it into the computer I again asked if it would be sent to Utah.

I was told it would take a week to a week and a half to get it. It has been 2 and a half weeks and still haven't received it. After calling the main DMV line they said it was re-sent to my old Idaho address and that the form I filled out at the DMV was wrong. Now I have to go through this again. If you need help with titles go to a different DMV.
