FCFH recently provided services for a dear friend of mine. The compassion, the understanding, the warmth of the caretakers were above and beyond. The funeral home is beautiful with options not only for viewing, but a large area with plenty of seating to hold services plus a dining area for luncheons. Plenty of parking in the back with a back entrance since it is on the main road. I was very surprised to hear how much cheaper they are than other funeral homes and still offering the same or better quality as other places. My friend looked so natural and truly at peace after his long battle with cancer. They did an amazing job with every aspect. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

We are forever grateful for Todd and Bobby. They made the service absolutely beautiful and treated our loved one and us with respect. They made the travel to Rexburg and were happy to do so. Between the late-night response to pick up my husband's body, the instant answers to my late night emails and texts, and the constant check ups after the service to see how we are doing... I feel like they treated me not just as a customer going through a difficult time, but like a family member who deserved every ounce of love and support that they could offer and then some.

What we think of as the worst event in our lives was made so much easier because of Todd and his amazing compassionate service towards our family. When my dad passed last year, I suggested to my mom we should use him for dad's burial services. She had made up her mind she was going someplace else but when I shared with her my thoughts, she changed her mind and is thankful for doing so. From the moment he came to get dad, he showed nothing but kindness and compassion towards mom and our family. He explained things and took his time, never making us feel rushed. You truly feel like you are his one and only concern. We took care of mom's burial plans too when we planned dad's and it was the easiest process ever. He was always available for any questions or concerns that came up during the whole process. He really is one in a million and our community is lucky to have him and his business.

I am grateful to Todd for his service, compassion, and honesty after my husband died. He was so helpful and responsive and helped me immensely with a complication that was extremely stressful. We also prepaid our funeral plans through Todd and that process was as smooth as could be. I highly recommend Franklin County Funeral Home and could not be happier with their services.

Todd was wonderful when my Grandma passed away. He was gentle and so kind to those of us who were there making sure if we had questions and he answered everything. Grandma was taken away with so much dignity, and she would have been so happy. Todd even took her favorite lipstick with him so she would be wearing it. She never went anywhere without her lipstick applied perfectly. Grandmas funeral was not local and he got her ready, beautiful and got her to where she needed to be as quickly as he could which was about 2 days. I'm not one to usually write reviews. However Franklin County Funeral Home definitely deserves it! I've watched as Todd put his heart and soul into the renovation. Then I've watched as he puts his heart and soul into every funeral he has done. I've heard no complaints and nothing but positive feedback. He is sincere and truly gives his all to the families of lost loved ones. He treats everyone as if they are his family. His prices are more than fair and the services are talked about for weeks following the events. The funeral services and memorial events are second to none. I should have posted this review months ago. Todd and his staff provided the funeral services for my sister who passed from cancer. I was absolutely impressed with how Todd interacted with family and friends. It felt like he truly cared for our family. As the months have passed and we have had discussions about the services he provided there has never been a negative comment or a regret of any kind. I think Franklin County Funeral home is fantastic! They are kind, courteous and sensitive to your needs. I recently lost my dad and 4 months later lost my mother. Todd was so helpful and guided me through all the steps that needed to be taken.
When my mom passed I called him at 3:30 am and he was there within 20 minutes. When you have to deal with a loss of a parent, your so grief stricken that your mind is a blur. Todd went beyond the call of duty to make sure all our needs were taken care of. This facility is a great asset to our community and very cost effective. I highly recommend them.

"Todd is so wonderful and full of compassion. He was so great to help us plan my Grandma's funeral. He was so good at explaining everything. He treated my Grandma and our family with so much respect. His attention to detail in helping prepare my Grandma really touched my heart. After Todd took my Grandma from her room, he left a long stem red rose on her bed. It brought me to tears. It was little details and considerations all throughout the process that were just so kind and sincere. I have done funerals for loved ones before with other funeral homes and sometimes felt like they were just doing business. It wasn't like that with Franklin County Funeral Home. He felt like family. He also asked for an article of my Grandma's clothing to make a memory teddy bear out of for the family to have. The Funeral Home is just so peaceful and beautiful. It has a chapel, a few cozy lobby areas with seats, a calm room for the viewing, as well as a large dining space and kitchen. We were able to have the viewing, funeral, and luncheon all in one place. He let me call or text him anytime with questions and called me anytime he had a question or information for me. He also had come out to our home to meet with us to plan the funeral.
