Melissa is a wonderful woman with a big heart. Nicest person I've met in Arkansas honestly just about thus far. I'm happy to have met her and gotten a storage unit from her. I feel my stuff is safe and cared about as well as myself and my spouse.

Melissa is such an awesome and wholesome human. I did all my stuff online but still got a call from her making sure everything went ok for me and provide answers to any questions i may have had. I had to stop in the office and it was like I’d known her my whole life. Highly recommend this storage place simply because of her!

Melissa was the kindest person I have ever met. She went out of her way to ensure I was taken care of. I called for some basic questions Saturday afternoon, and even though the offices are closed Sunday, she came up and got me moved in anyways. 24/7 access, bright lights at night, and how they treat their customers like family is why I would recommend them over any other self storage business.

This place was awesome! They dropped everything to make sure I was taking care of. On a Saturday at that. Melissa and her staff were so nice they made me feel at home & it was like we already knew each other. Great experience and I may be here for a while.

We’ve been renting this storage space under Melissa’s management for nearly 2 years now, and by far this has been our most positive and pleasant storage rental experience ever! Whether in person or by phone, Melissa has been helpful and kind, always doing whatever she can to make us feel as if this is an extension of our very own home. This place has never had a break in, and I can truly say we feel our belongings are safe and in the best possible place for Northwest Arkansas. If you’re looking for a storage unit company that cares about their people, this is the place for you. It’s so affordable for a climate controlled space. They are both friendly & responsive!

Update to 5 stars. Melissa is very accommodating.
Sometimes, stored trailers, boats etc encroach upon where you need to park for accessing the hallway entrances. You end up blocking the drives when there's no way to park in between exterior stored items.
You need a flashlight as the units themselves are not internally lit. Wish there was electrical access for a fan, vacuum, light etc but I get that.

Melissa is an absolute angel! Very secure facility! If anything goes wrong Melissa is a phone call away and always willing to do her absolute best to help! I will recommend this storage facility to anyone and everyone. Very affordable!

Come here for all of your storage or uhual needs! I came here for getting a uhual and moving from states, Melissa was amazing-Welcoming and super helpful. She was able to talk over the phone everytime I called and was always willing to help with everything. Super awesome place!

If I could give her a higher rating I would! Melissa was amazing. I came in not knowing what I needed and honestly just stressed out but she made me feel so much better and did everything that she could! I would highly recommend using this storage building it has great prices for how amazing the staff and how clean it was.

Would highly recommend doing all your storage needs here. Melissa was amazingly helpful during the entire time I was there. Rented a storage unit for about 5 months and had zero issues whatsoever! I walked in not knowing what to do and she was helpful the entire way. Incredibly sweet lady and will definitely come back!
