I’ve had 2 storage units here for over a year. The ease of access to the facility cannot be beat. I have never worried about the security of my items. The new manager, Lorenzo, is great and was able to assist me with any questions I had. Highly recommend!

What an incredible storage facility! Not only is their security top notch but the front desk woman Skyler is super helpful and very knowledgeable about any policies or the workings within the storage facility. I highly recommend this place for any of your storage needs!

The storage facility is amazing. There is a drive thru where you can unload in any weather. The staff is so friendly. Definitley an upscale storage solution.

I really enjoyed keeping my belongings at Discovery. They are unlike any storage unit I’ve used before with their modern technology. Plus, Rich has always been very accommodating and helpful with all of our needs. His customer service alone made it worth every penny. Highly recommend!

Super clean, new, lots of great new innovative features. The young lady there is super awesome!! She gave me a great tour, showed me all the different features of the app and how things work. She even helped me rent a truck and then helped me unload it into my new storage unit. Not to mention some how they are the cheapest in town. This place will fill up soon. If you need storage and and see her. You won’t be disappointed.

Picked up my Penske truck from this location today. EJ was super helpful. Best customer care I have experienced in a long time. I also checked out the storage facility which is REALLY nice, I would definitely do business if I weren’t moving.

Fantastic storage! The best in the area! Can’t say enough good things about this place. The best customer service and superb management is always there to assist you with anything you need, great hours, supplies and moving equipment are always available and in good working order. Electronic locks and entry make access a breeze! Climate control inside the building is perfect. It’s great to be back!

We moved from another storage facility because Discovery had more to offer (covered loading/unloading, carts, bathrooms, more security). Rich helped us get our units set up and provided excellent service! Their rates are competitive and I highly recommend this facility!

It is a one stop shop. If you have a small business, you can add service to have items dropped inside your unit when delivered by your supplier. If you need a business address/mailbox, they also have that for rent. Thoroughly Impressed.

Great customer service! Storage facility is clean and well laid out. This is a next level place, all controlled off your phone. To top it off, they rent Penske trucks to help you move your stuff!

I have to say that I have not had such wonderful customer service from the time you walk in to look for a place to store your life possessions, who makes you feel right at home who goes out of their way to make sure you are completely satisfied. Then to top off the excellent customer service, they also have the nicest facility ever and would never want my belongings anywhere but where they are now, at Discovery Storage. 😊

We recently chose to relocate to the NWA area. Discovery storage was the most economical choice for our things and are we glad we chose them! The facility is modern, warm, and inviting. The staff is friendly, funny, and kind. Plus the security of the units are much better than other facilities I’ve used. Highly recommended.

We spoke with Williams to get a unit for our apartment belongings. He was very nice and extremely helpful. He helped us find the perfect unit. The prices are reasonable and the facility is very nice! They sell everything you need for your belongings and have a good security camera system and electronic locking system to make sure your belongings are safe! I will recommend Discovery Storage to anyone who needs helps with storage.

This has been the easiest and coolest storage experience of my life (and I’ve used several). First off all, service is AMAZING; Rich did a great job making everything simple and was a pleasure to work with. The storage units themselves are spotless and the whole building is out of a sci-if movie with app access to everything you need. Hopefully they expand nationwide ASAP so I never have to use any other storage company again :)

By far the best storage facility in the area. The customer service was impeccable, and there are so many added security measures to make sure that your items are safe. They also have a small moving van available for you to use. The price for what you get is unmatched. I can not say enough good things about this place and its employees.

The staff was very helpful and friendly from the very start. They accommodated me very fast and got me into a unit the same day and went above and beyond to make sure that I had the storage bins I needed for all my stuff. Then I even needed to upgrade my unit at the drop of a dime later, and that very same day they were able to get me into a bigger unit very close to my old one no hassle at all. Erik and EJ are awesome, a perfect place to go if you need a quick simple storage process!
