Friendly staff, generally knowledgeable. Great grooming service, have been using them for some time. Generally good prices, and the rewards program is well worth it.

Petco is a great place to get pet food and moth pet related items...they also have grooming on site. The dog food we purchase (Taste of the Wild brand for small breads) used to be available in most pet stores. However, now only Petco stocks it. TY The store is always clean and the staff are always helpful.

This was a unique visit. We needed a specific Purina product no one else carries. When checking on line it showed in stock. I drove 45 minutes to make the purchase. When I arrived I noticed pallet after pallet of of unworked freight and empty home locations. I walked around the pallets and spotted what I needed. I asked the young man if I was allowed to pull from the pallet and quickly said no. As a district manager for a small box retailer I 100% understood his reasons and I also know you gotta make your customer happy, afterall I drove 45 minutes to make this purchase. He and I worked together and we got the specific bag I needed. Your associate was not only helping me but many others. Any other time I would have made an associate like this an offer they couldn't refuse. I also understand how hard it is to hire right now and I don't like seeing fellow retailers struggling. Thank you and know our pup thanks you to.

This is a very nice and well kept place with no obvious animal smell like other stores! They also have a large selection of pets as well as fish! I could look at all of the birds, rats, hamsters, chameleons, and fish for hours. Very nice place to just check out.

Chloe has groomed my Springer Spaniel before and both times I found her service to be excellent.

I always have a good experience here. Polite employees. They have a good selection of stuff and their grain free brand of dog and cat food (Wholehearted) I feed to all my pets and they love it.

we where just there looking to get a reptile and i couldn’t ask for better service from the two people that helped us find the right one for us i don’t remember there names but they need a raise they know exactly what they’re talking about and they take really good care of everything they have if the two people that helped us see this i just wanted to say thank you again for the help.

Our dog LOVES Petco's new trainer, Kaleb! Obedience training has been great. Kaleb has a great, positive mindset and offered lots of useful suggestions on how to work with our pup on stuff like pulling on the leash and jumping up, basically her two major areas that needed addressed. It's a friendly, relaxed, low-stress environment and I totally recommend it.

Was greeted at the door, shown where the Catsip was, and had friendly service at the checkout.👍👍😺

Everyone at the State College Petco is beyond amazing. I take my 120 lb., senior rottie there to be groomed and Noah is exceptional with him...he does a great job with his bath, haircut, etc. and always gives him patient,gentle care

Had to buy my little dog shoes to protect his hurt foot. And they had ti correct size in stock and staff was able to direct me to them

Petco has everything one would want to purchase for their pet and if you don't have a pet - they have a nice variety to choose from, too! I have never been able to go into this store without first browsing the animals, reptiles, fish and birds and usually falling in love with one or more. This store is a one stop shop for everything pet - from litters, food, accessories, toys, etc. to a grooming service. Staff is helpful and nice. Great store!

Knowledgeable staff, well care for pets

Everytime I’m in there the grooming salon is busy and booming but they always help me and my pups out! Thanks for being so awesome and great at what y’all do Chloe and Jocelyn!
