Mojitos Bar and Restaurant

What an absolutely amazing experience. My family and I stopped here on a holiday vacation that had turn very homesick and lonely (we’re from Puerto Rico) and stumbled upon this restaurant online. Best decision we ever made. We had a really heartwarming taste of home, the food was incredible, but the service is what really brought it home. We made a beautiful connection with Jaime and Betsy, the restaurant owners, and felt so comfortable and with family. We had an incredible time and would definitely return if we ever come back to this area. Highly recommended, five stars isn’t enough. 🫶🏽 Wishing them all the success. 🩵🇵🇷

While in Springfield, we stopped here because we heard they served a unique Latin/Asian fusion! I was really impressed by the variety of Latin sushi rolls that they had on the menu, and especially loved that you could get it rolled in Spanish rice. The Jabiro steak roll was delicious, and I liked that so many items had plantains in them! Delicious egg rolls and lo mein, and my friend stated that the mofongo she had here was even better than the one she had in Puerto Rico! We went on a Friday night when they had karaoke, which got loud but was entertaining. They seem to have good deals throughout the week as well! The food came out quickly, and the staff was all friendly and welcoming. This was a great stop before a trip to the MGM casino, and we’ll be keeping it in mind for future trips!

First time coming here and food was Amazing ! Kassandra assisted us soon as we came in and food wasn’t a long wait as well . Everything was worth it and it was more then enough for a serving honestly. Betsy came and checked on us and ask how we were doing. I would definitely recommend and come again. Thank you guys for your hospitality!

We went there at noon and the place was empty. So, we got prompt, courteous, welcoming service. The food was absolutely delicious. They most definitely have a 5 star chef working in the kitchen.
There were two downsides; two restaurants share the space and the menu. One of the restaurants was closed down at the time, which made it a bit confusing trying to order from the menu. Two separate menus would solve that issue.
The pricing was on the higher side. This is a "special occasion" kind of place. I didn't mind paying the price for the incredible food. Unfortunately, it's not a place that we can frequent.
My wife and I are planning on going back soon.

Literally the best food I’ve had in a long time! There was a wait due to the freshness of the food but trust me it’s worth it!!! If you haven’t tried it yet you’re missing out! I came from Hartford and I will definitely make the drive again!

First time here and food was good. I was very close by when my food was ready and I was able to enjoy it hot and fresh. I got the carne frita with tostones and unlike most places the meat was tender and perfect to bite not tough. I would have preferred to taste more Maduro in the Borisushi egg rolls but it was still good. As soon as I walked in I was greeted! Nice job!

I couldn't get a picture of our sushi tower before my family attacked it! We drove in from far and the service was friendly and super fast. The atmosphere was lounge chic, food was better than we ever imagined and the owner even came by our table to make sure everything was in order. The Sister Island Roll with the Salami and the bacon wrapped shrimp appetizer were the table favorites. The pepper steak bifongo did not dissapoint, we had to order extra to go. Will definitely be back soon. Thank you Bori!!

Amazing! ¡Delicioso! Just tried for the first time and cannot wait to go back. We ordered the BoriParty #1 and the Pescador. Loved all! Our favs were the Pescador and the Guava. They were extremely good. This place is a must! And I've eaten sushi in tons of places, including Puerto Rico. My husband went as far as saying this is the best sushi he's ever had. Take out was very nicely packed. And the sushi chef was so nice when I asked if she could identify each sushi and she took the time to talk to me about the other sushi and other food. The woman at the bar was also professional, smiley and nice. Can't wait to try out BoriChino, too!

I had a pleasant time at Borichino!!! 😊 The service & food were EXCEPTIONAL (I do not say this lightly.) Our server Yaimilex provided EXCELLENT service. She was fun, highly professional, kind & accommodating. The food was great along with the service. I recommend the Guava sushi rolls! I will definitely return. This restaurant meets my authentic Puerto Rican food standards with a touch of Asian cuisine. 😋

Great food and service! I get the mofongo here every time with different meats and it's always delicious. I don't know now why people are complaining about price and quantity cuz my girl and I always leave full and satisfied.

Wow super fast cooks not like others place I’ve waited 1 hr not here and the food all fresh and delicious first time and it won’t be the last ❤ The cooks and waitress really friendly that’s important now days make a connection with the customer I pray the do really good in springfield god bless

The Bori Sushi was delicious. The service excellent and the atmosphere great. I met the owner and she was so sweet and even gaves us some eggrolls to taste. I have fallen in love with this restaurant.

This is a hidden gem, the food here is out of this world absolutely astounding 💫💫💫💫💫 my wife and I travel up here from CT. Well worth the drive anytime. We've been talking about this place none stop to everyone.

This place is absolutely amazing! It is a full experience. After living in Japan for 3 years I am very picky when it comes to sushi. That being said this is nothing like your traditional Japanese sushi this is a total different experience that it’s 100% worth trying. Not only the food is amazing but the service is extraordinary. 1000% recommend Bori Sushi to anyone.
