Storage Sense - Carlisle - Trindle

My experience was great. Very kind manager who got me the perfect size storage unit when we were on a very short notice for one. The manager didn’t hesitate to help out at all. The application process was easy. We were even offered their monthly deal for the first two months which was a nice bonus. Highly recommend and will use in the future for all storage needs.

Available units, small to large, boxes, locks, service and more. This place is in a great location, good staff, and fair prices. There units are pretty good against the weather but Carlisle had a flood the other day and my unit saw some wet floors. Compared to the weather outside, the unit did pretty good. Plus, it was not a "climate controlled" unit anyway.

Was trying to get a second unit at the same facility that I already have one. However, the facility location where I have a unit, the office is only open Tue and Thr, so I went to another location in the same town, but they'd already closed for the day (Sat.). I really needed a unit and couldn't wait until Monday to get one, so I called and spoke to someone at, what I can only assume, was a more corporate location, and they were able to do everything for me right over the phone! It was quick and easy and I was able to not only get the new unit, but access it instantly!

Love my experience here, workers help us a lot with what we need, storage spacious and great location.

The unit we rented was easy to find, clean and a great price. Moving in, as well as moving out about 6 months later, was easy and convenient using their website. The main office was responsive and helpful. A great local business!

My experience renting a unit was so pleasant! Stan was friendly and kind, and I really enjoyed meeting and working with him! Although I haven’t moved anything in yet, I believe I’m not going to have any problems going forward based on first impressions!

I realized apon opening storage compartment I rented that I was going to need a bigger unit. Called the office and arrangements were made immediately by office personal for larger unit. Very fast service.
