I bought a 2005 Ford Ranger from Michael’s Used Auto Sales in August 2023. I was pleasantly surprised that the 18 year old truck came with a 30 day warranty. I was even more pleasantly surprised with how they honored that agreement by fixing the air conditioner fan when it had a problem after the sale. We made an appointment to look at it, and they fixed it the same day that I dropped it off. The truck and A/C runs great.

They always accommodate me in scheduling my appointments when they are most convenient for me. I was looking for an inexpensive 5-spd Ranger that wasn't in the Northeast (looking to avoid the rusted out shells up here). I found Michael's and they had a truck that met what I needed. Spoke to them a few times on the phone and they even accommodated me by texting me some additional pictures of the parts I wanted to see and a video of it running. I flew down on a whim to have a look and they held it for a day for me. I admit I was nervous about just buying a driving but they were very helpful, and even hooked me up with temp tags so I could drive it home. And it ran perfectly with no issues over the 530+ mile drive I took. Next time I'm looking for a vehicle I'll definitely include them in my search. The staff reached out to me within a couple days of sending a email over about a vechicle. Was very friendly and informative over the phone about what vehicles were available and test driving limitations. When I went over there, I was aloud to inspect the vehicles as I pleased, was aloud to test drive on the highway. Was very informative and friendly when discussing Price, terms, warranty etc. Even prited information regarding recall work needed for me. I never pressured in paying extra for anything, or felt being played like some bigger places. If when I need to go car shopping again, I will definitely keep these people in mind.

Service is quick; I've sat in dealerships and watched shifts change faster than my oil but here I'm usually in and out within 30 minutes. Plus I never have to go through the "Hey do you know your [insert obscure part here] is leaking we don't recommend you driving on it like this it could kill you it's only $250 to fix and lucky you we have the part here" marketing spiel that many car shops are notorious for

I bought my Crown Vic police interceptor October 13th 2017. I've put on 19000 miles since then. Not one problem have I had with this car! If you're looking for a reliable car you need to go see Michael's used cars! When I get ready to go buy another one I'm going to go all the way to Michaels in Virginia! I live in Maryville Tennessee! I drove a long way to get a dependable car and that's the man who has them!
