I have terrible anxiety with going to the dentist and I have to say my first visit yesterday with Dr. Smith was really good, The nurses were all so nice and even though I was anxious the team helped me and I will definitely be back for my next appointment

Dr Smith and staff are amazing. I’ve never had a pleasant experience at a dentist until today. Root canal was pain free. They were very sweet and concerned about comfort level. Very patient. I felt at ease. This was my first visit but is now going to be my regular dentist. I will be moving my family here as well. Thank you all so much.

I’m terrified of the dentist… but the Timberlake Family Dentistry is amazing…
I communicated with them thru email just last week about an urgent matter and I was able to get a appointment for today..and now I have a treatment plan in motion.
Their whole office staff is very welcoming.
They make you feel very much comfortable and break down each every procedure.
They are amazing!!!

Great service my wife was very afraid and nervous about the procedure removing 4 wisdom tooth all at once. Even I was a bit nervous for her too but the whole procedure was quick and easy even the after care we are home now she has no swallowing yet very little like barely minimum discomfort that she can’t keep quiet still…
Overall the whole experience was great. Very professional and very efficient

Dr. Smith and his staff are very welcoming and always make you feel like family. Their team works very well together so the atmosphere is always pleasant. Dr Smith exudes great mannerisms and his ability to put your nerves at ease is admirable.

New patient, have had anxiety about visiting a dentist for years. Dr. Smith and staff have been wonderful to my whole family, even seeing our toothy 9 month old for a "happy visit". Very upfront and transparent without being preachy, a must in healthcare. Had an extraction this morning and I am still very comfortable. My husband also got a heck of a cleaning 🤣 Thank you all!

I have never in my life had a positive experience at any dentist, and I've been to quite a few, UNTIL TODAY! We were a same day appointment for our elderly grandmother with dementia. They went out of their way as an office, and as individuals to be kind , courteous, and caring. Dr. Smith was helpful even to the point of showing us how tell what might be wrong. They are phenomenal.

I went in to get my teeth cleaned. The woman at the front desk was very polite and let Dr. Smith know I was in. I was in a room in less than five minutes. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable through the teeth cleaning.

The entire staff was very personable. Dr. Smith takes the time to go over everything with you and explains it thoroughly. Best dentist I've ever had. I'd give him 6 stars if it was possible.

I’ve been going to this office before Dr.Smith took over and I’ve always loved the atmosphere, professionalism, and cleanliness. Everyone knows you and treats you like family. Dr. Smith is so nice and funny! And the hygienist there clean your teeth so meticulously (which I love!)! I definitely recommend taking your family here! Dr. Smith is very knowledgeable! If you are looking for a dentist office for your family, this is the place!

This is my 1st experience with Timberlake Family Dentistry. I had a procedure called Alveolopasty, w/o extractions. Dr. Smith did a wonderful job considering where it was. All the way in the back of my mouth on the inside. My mouth frame is small with little to work with. He and his staff are very professional and friendly. I definitely would recommend them. Sorry I didn’t know about this office years sooner.

This was my first dentist appointment in years. I dont like going to the dentist. It was honestly the most pleasant dental visit I've ever had. Everyone I spoke to was very down to earth. Brenda did an amazing job of putting my nerves at ease by explaining what she was doing in a way that's easy to understand. Dr Smith is really easy to talk to. He worked with me to create a gameplan and made me feel more like a peer than a patient. I like these guys. I definitely recommend them.

Had a crown placed last September, it ended up falling off and they were able to get me in quickly and reset the crown at no additional fee. These people are awesome! I'm terrified of dentists and they always help calm my fears and are easy to talk and joke with. Dr Smith always ensures I'm numbed completely before doing work which I greatly appreciate since I have no pain tolerance. Absolutely recommend these people!

Dr. Smith is beyond amazing and no comparison to any other dentist I have ever been too. Very intelligent and knows his stuff like the back of his hand. Staff and office manager treat you like family as soon as you walk through the door. Highly recommend this office to anyone and everyone!!!!

I can not say enough positive things about the service we received for my 98 year-old grandmother. The staff were not only friendly, but patient, and extremely helpful. Dr. Smith did an excellent job in his examination and explaining to us the course of action. It is rare to find such great care, especially with an elderly dementia patient, but this office went above and beyond in their excellent service.

Had to have my very first dental procedure done & I went with Dr. Smith. I’m glad I did because he took the time to explain everything to me & made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. I was nervous going in as most people are when it comes to going to the dentist. Dr. Smith & his hygienist helped calm my nerves by explaining the process & with the use of Novocain I felt nothing! Will definitely recommend

I was referred to this dentist from a friend who knows I have a fear of dentists. When I arrived the staff was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Jennie was fabulous in scheduling my appointments to get me in quick and always has a smile on her face making you feel at home as soon as you walk in. Brenda was awesome and Dr. Smith explained every detail to me and made sure I was ok with the steps. Added bonus is that they dont send you to different places for a procedure, everything is done here. Can't say enough good things about this place.

Love Dr Smith and his staff. My hygienist (Brenda) is always cheery and kind. My son just had Dr Smith remove his wisdom teeth and everything went very well. The office is clean and welcoming as well.

What a pleasant experience for a bad dental situation! Dr. Smith's staff was truly kind and sweet......not that fake office stuff......this was real. Dr. Smith himself was so pleasant, down-to-earth, and knowledgeable, and made me feel like I truly mattered though he'd never met me before. I was frightened when I went in, but when I left I knew I'd found the right place!

I am a new patient and needed a root canal. Never in my wildest dreams did I think it would be painless! Dr Smith is a top notch professional and his staff was friendly and eager to assist in making my entire visit comfortable. Thank you Dr Smith!!
