As a new customer, I was extremely impressed with the service I received. I needed my car inspected and I was also having issues with my fuel inlet. Dave had me stop in to clean the fuel inlet prior to my scheduled inspection to see if that would rectify it before purchasing the new part. When that didn't work, he ordered the parts, the new tires I needed and got me in within the next few days for inspection. Dave and Sage were both so kind, courteous and super helpful, even staying later in the day to get my car back in time. Everyone was so friendly and wonderful to work with, upfront with pricing and so flexible with scheduling. I also love the convenience of scheduling appointments online. An A+++ experience and you've gained a new customer for life. Thank you Easton Autobots!!!

Let me share how amazing this place is. First off the customer service she gives goes above and beyond. She will help you through any questions you have. Second they won’t rip you off like most the guys out there. I went in for and inspection and to replace my brakes so right there they already could have charged me for the brake job. Well before they even went ahead with the brake change she called me up and told me that I actually was within the inspection limit and didn’t need to change them yet. Like wow talk about honesty. I still went ahead with the brake change but for real guys thank you thank you thank you for being the only real car service I can trust anymore!!!!!!!!!!

I have so many amazing things to say about the owner Dave and his staff at Autobots of Easton. Dave is wonderful to do business with. He explained everything to me thoroughly and answered all my questions when I brought in my Honda CRV to be serviced. Dave ‘s prices are fair and reasonable. On a separate occasion my Honda Pilot made its way to Autobots of Easton. My Honda Pilot was giving me so many issues but Dave was determined to get them taken care of. Dave is dedicated to his customers and treats them like family. The receptionist Sage is kind, patient and sweet. She never got tired of me calling about my Honda Pilot. Autobots of Easton will forever service my vehicles. I absolutely love this shop and I recommend them to everyone!

Had my car and motorcycle inspected, they are the best in the area, I love Autobots, the young girl 👧 in the front, super pleasant. Place super clean. They are expanding. Great service. They bought Meineke on Northampton street, Ryan is a pro with motorcycle. All my cars and Motorcycle 🏍 go to Autobots.

If I could give more than five stars I would! Seriously, I won’t take my car anywhere else now, this garage has the best customer service and most reliable crew around. 1000000/10 stars highly recommend!

Absolutely a wonderful experience! I did not have an appointment but was taken care of immediately. The owners were very cordial and professional! It is where I will go for my inspection, tire needs and anything else that hopefully doesn’t come up !

I called to book an an appointment for inspection here and spoke to Liz, she was very friendly and helpful and made the experience go very smooth! Service was was excellent and was in and out in no time at all. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to get work done at very fair rates and great service!

I went in yesterday to get two new tires and an alignment. There was a mix-up on the work that I needed done but they were quick to fix it without hesitation or any extra cost. I will definitely be going back in the future.

This shop does an excellent job! My car runs better than it ever has. They explained what the job needed and gave me a quote and realized once they took it apart that it needed a slightly different part. It wound up costing less than they originally quoted. They were so honest they called me and said the actual part needed for the repair was cheaper then the original one quoted and charged me less on my bill than I was originally told. So wonderful to find an honest place with nice staff that followed up with me. What a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this shop and special thanks to Jason the mechanic that worked on my car he was able to fix something that the dealership could never seem to figure out.

I arrived early for my inspection, the owner checked me in right away with a smile! They even printed my documents for me so I had them. They noticed I needed an oil change soon and offered to complete the service, I declined because I still get free ones from where I purchased my vechicle. They got me in right away and even gave me an estimated cost for brakes and rotors in case I wanted to return to them for service. I will definitely come back for some form of service!

Just took my car in for a deep clean and some of that protective stuff, and wow, did they nail it! The whole team was super easy to chat with, no drama at all. And the price? Totally fair for the kind of magic they did. Really happy with how it all turned out and will continue to take my car there in the future!

After an absolutely awful experience at brown daub Kia, i had my car brought to autobots. Brown Daub had my car for 20 days with no end in sight, and Autobots had it fixed in less than 24 hours and for HALF the price of what I was quoted at brown daub. Not to mention, the staff is so friendly and helpful, Dave was GREAT! 10/10 recommend, will def be bringing my car back for any future maintenance!

I would like to start by it was a blessing to find Autobot. We just moved to Easton and we were looking for a mechanic. And thank goodness we found Autobot, they are very kind and helpful they fixed my f150 and my truck is back in the shop for another repair. Because they are honest and great price. The young lady in the front office of apple st a great young lady -God bless her- I over paid by $20 and she called me to come pick it up. all I can say is we found our mechanic

One of the most stressful things about growing up is wondering if you’ll ever find “your guy” for a thing. My dad always knew a guy, whether it’s home repairs or auto repairs and he just sounded more comfortable knowing he wasn’t going to get screwed over because he had “a guy “.

Of course, he never told me exactly how you go about finding them. I guessed it was just supposed to be some kind of lord of the rings type epic journey. Turns out it is completely trial and error and often it’s just a gift from the universe when it happens. One such a gift for me was happening upon Autobots of Easton.

I don’t have many hangups in life, but one of them is definitely being a stickler for customer service. Nothing infuriates me more than poor customer service except for maybe people who don’t put their shopping carts back when they’re done with them. Every.single.employee of Autobots is worth their weight in gold. I’ve been going there for a couple of years now, and I am never disappointed in how they take care of my cars and their customers.

They are prompt in their responses, thorough in their explanations, and they do it all with a friendliness and approachability that should be a gold standard taught in textbooks. I have lots of reasons why I love living in the Lehigh Valley but now I have one more. When it comes to trusting to someone to get me back on the road with the least amount of hassle, I found “my guys” at Autobots of Easton.
