Mike is a super guy. Very compassionate and caring during a shoe fitting and professional and knowledgeable about the paperwork and billing. He was available to help, and did, every step of the way.

What a wonderful store and staff. I have worked with them since 2013 taking care of all of my families medical needs. They are prompt and their willingness to help is wonderful. Such a great company. I recommend them to everyone

HAD TO GET NUBLIZER TO USE THE ASSOCIATE THAT HELPED ME HIS NAME WAS JUSTIN .HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH PAPER WORK BUT JUSTIN STAYED WITH IT AND FIXED THE PROBLEM EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM THE ENTIRE STAFF VERY OROFESIONAL FRIENDLY AND POLITE THANK YOU ALL DENNIS MORRIS

Every employee I have every spoken to on the phone or in person has been very polite, and just seem like nice people. I genuinely like them. It would be nice however if they would get our monthly orders correct. I have used them for my sons medical supplies for almost 1 1/2 yrs. They've only gotten 1 order correct so far. On the plus side, they will correct the issue rather fast.

You have been incorrectly informed. I understand insurance issues are common in this business, but that isn't my issue. The issue is every order we receive something is missing. Whether it's a g-tube extension or drain gauze. Something is always wrong.
Like I said, at least the employees are pleasant. I know they aren't purposely making errors. It has to be a lack of communication somewhere. One would think, after being with this company for over a year, they would know the routine by now.

Purchased a lift chair from them and the other day called them for service on it. They informed me that they do not service the chair and I found out that they are not a dealer for the manufacture. I gave them a 2 star review as their delivery and setup were excellent.I have just been told that they are a dealer for this manufacturer.

My father received a bill with invoices dating back to Oct 2022, problem is he never received the invoices, never received any past due notices or collection notices….until Nov 2023 when he received a bill with each month showing a past due invoice monthly from Oct 2022 till now, over $1900!!! What kind of company holds the bills for over a year?? And don’t tell me that he received past due notices bc we all know anything connected to Augusta Health gets sent to collections asap. Do NOT recommend! Will never use or recommend to anyone else again!!! Sketchy billing, inability to explain reasoning when asked why we received no prior bills, just ridiculous.

I have been using a CAPA since 2010, I have had two other CAPA machines from this location. For this go around, it took over 9 months for me to get my CAPA. They blamed it on "micro chip" shortage. This could be true, however other locations (like Harrisonburg and Charlottesville) had them much sooner, just makes you question it. I have always request to pay for the CAPA machine outright to avoid there outrageous monthly changes. Guess what, they are not only charging me for rental but also for equipment I do not have. The biggest issue, I have yet to get a call, text, mail, or email regarding supplies. I guess you don't need to change the filters, mask, hose or water tank. So sad, not sure what changed, but they were at one time a awesome group to work with. Plus they were on top of getting you your supplies.

Oh, you will like this. The machine they gave me, is the same machine I have less the Sims card. WHY?

I will be taking it back, if they do not correct their errors, they can have it back. Not paying 3x the cost to own one.

I’ve been into the store to order items for a my elderly mother numerous times. While looking at shoes or lift up chairs the gentleman working there has been repeatedly rude or just plain not nice. Considering there clients you would think that he would be more respectful. I hate to drive out of the area to see someone else but it’s not worth the disrespect of my mom. However the ladies working the counters have always been nice
