Kline's Dairy Bar - Waynesboro

It's a great place for a cool treat on a hot day! We love the salted caramel crunch and the German chocolate cake. Sit at a table outside or grab and go through the drive-thru. You can't go wrong. New flavors every week and the classics served daily. Open at 11 am. every day, and they have pup cups for your four-legged children! Go get a scoop!

We went through the drive through, so really couldn’t rate atmosphere. Yhe ice cream wa stick and creamy. Absolutely delicious! The most exciting thing for me was the peppermint ice cream - it was amazing - and it was early October, so that was earlier than most places carry peppermint. What a treat!

Kline's ice cream is crave worthy! It is also part of the local history and I have been eating it since 1974. Kim and her team at Kline's in Waynesboro are fantastic! They have excellent customer service. All flavors are great, but my favorites are anything with chocolate and also lemon gingersnap (which they are generous with the gingersnap cookies in it!) The store is always really clean and they have nice outdoor seating and a drive through. There is ample parking for car dates too. When I am celebrating something I opt for the banana split!

Their ice cream is always a good fun option and of course, delicious!! The mix of chocolate and salted caramel crunch. Uhmmm really good! The staff is supper friendly, ice cream comes out really fresh.
I recommend Kline's Waynesboro to any ice cream lovers!!

excellent custard to be found in the area! my wife and i went on a hike and she kept using klines as her encouragement to make it through the hike lol. needless to say her persistence was rewarded

Reese's overload sundae was amazing! I was in pb and chocolate lovers heaven! 😋 Drive-thru was surprisingly fast for a holiday weekend too.

What else can I say about Kines Ice Cream?!?!? Well, we stopped in today for some chocolate and I got the Banana Pudin, OMG!! All I can say is Delicious!!! Stop in and get some today!

Time for a Pup Cup!! We enjoyed the Reese's cup while Scout enjoyed the vanilla!!

Kids were very pleased with the ice cream! Wait time is not long and they are reasonably priced

Nice place to get great ice cream. The Pina Colada smoothie is amazing. I have been craving one since trying it the first time. I really like the Staunton and Mcghayesville locations as well. All locations have weekly special flavors. Friends of mine raved about the cotton candy flavor, and now I am looking forward to trying that once it comes back around.

Took my mom here for ice cream while we were visiting the area, she LOVED it! I haven't been here in 10 years or so since moving from the area, but the service and quality have not changed at all!

Card readers were down, but instead of making us leave, they said it was on the house! And the ice cream was unbelievable! I will be back to have some more and pay it forward!

Had the Lemon Gingersnap ice cream in a crispy waffle cone and as always delicious! It just screams summer!

Peppermint ice cream! This is some of the best ice cream that I have ever had. (And having lived in Burlington, Vermont- the first home of Ben & Jerry's- I've had a lot of ice cream.) I had a chance to speak briefly with the woman who makes the ice cream (I believe she is the owner.) Despite the challenges and demands that the pandemic is forcing businesses to contend with, she was helpful, friendly, and professional. This is a lovely place, and their ice cream is delicious beyond delicious! Highly recommended!!!

This is a nice, small, family-run business off one of the main drags. They have both walk up, and drive thru service. They keep a maximum of 7-8 flavors on hand. My wife and I have gone here every time we are in town, about every 4 months. SOME days, they have BOGO (buy one, get one free). The ice cream is soft and quite tasty. Well worth the trip! They get a full 👍...
