AT&T Store

Came from t-mobile with an awful customer experience situation, and came into this store expecting a similar situation. To my surprise the manager coby and his employee scott were very down-to-earth and very pleasant to work with, because of their exceptional customer experience and knowledge I chose to switch to AT&T and am very pleasant. Visit this location if you want a smooth transaction and amazing customer service.

The manager Coby was very pleasant to work with, very knowledgeable about his company and has done a very good job at training his employee Scott. Both of these individuals are very pleasant and I would not hesitate to visit this stellar location. I was in and out with knowledge and a brand new phone :)

Wanted to share my experience with store manager, Coby (sp?). Had such an easy visit for what can sometimes otherwise be an unpleasant experience. Unfortunately, all these phone stores get a bad rap. Everyone goes in there all locked and loaded and preparing to be frustrated and/or bamboozled. Not so here! The manager was kind, patient, down-to-earth, and so very helpful. We got what we needed and were taken care of quickly. Things were explained in a way we could understand, and we're totally loving our new Air Pods :) Thank you so much.

Super great experience in getting a new phone. Joel was helpful, knowledgeable and provided great customer service without the “salesman” attitude!

After dealing with the Harrisonburg location we made the trip south to Waynesboro’s store where Jake provided amazing customer service. Had our experience in Harrisonburg been like the one at this store we would not have left AT&T. Jake not only listened to our sob story, he apologized for the treatment we received, “took a hit” for us by letting us turn in our phones there so we didn’t have to deal with the Harrisonburg location staff, and helped us to gracefully move on. Thanks so much Jake!

I came in for an upgrade on 10/21, Courtney was the sales lady that got me the phone I wanted, she was very helpful and pleasant to work, they all should be like her, many thanks.

I went in today to transfer data from an old phone to a new one. An employee named Corey greeted me and asked if he could help. I explained what I needed and he responded that he'd be happy to take care of that. He proceeded to not only transfer data but to check for updates and point out features of the phone I wouldn't have known about. It was great to get such competent and professional service but also to interact with such a genuinely personable representative.

After reading the reviews online, I was less than excited to have to go in the store. I had attempted to resolve my issue through AT&T Chat and with Tech Support. To no avail, issue not resolved, so why not try good old fashioned face to face? Walked in, greeted by the employee, explained the issue, and was told Charlottesville will have to take care of it. I asked if I could at least show her what I was referring to since no one else seemed to have the answer and lo and behold, it worked. My issue resolved. I was also there to get my free gift from AT&T and was told that I would have to go to a corporate store (Charlottesville). She took the time to call her manager and ask and was able to get that for me also. All issues resolved, polite staff, had no reason for anything other than 5 stars. My only suggestion, make it a corporate store, apparently folks around here is AT&T and like it, so why run them off by making them drive across the mountain to resolve an issue?

We worked with the manager switching lines over to a new account and he was extremely knowledgeable and had us in and out of the store in no time at all. Out of every AT&T store I've visited this was by far the best experience. VERY friendly and personable. HIGHLY suggest Waynesboro residents use this AT&T Retailer.

Went to waynesboro location across from target and had employee who opened 5 mins early for me named Jake. He helped me out and was very fast working as well. Highly recommended service here.

I had a great experience with Anthony at the AT T Store where I bought my Samsung galaxy,he helped me to understanding all the questions i ask and kept me on track and how to save alittle bit more on the bill by getting AARP which I did.A great store to get a new phone...Excellent Service!!!

we went in around 7:15pm on a saturday & we were expecting it to be a 15 min process & to spend at least $10. the man working had us in and out in 2 mins & we ended up not needing to pay anything. also he was super friendly. we appreciate him being there on a saturday night & making everything easy.

Extremely helpful in setting up my phone from start to finish. Showed me short cuts and explained everything thoroughly. Would not hesitate to return.

Corey was avn excellent salesman! He was so personable and friendly. He made this experience so easy I will definitely be back and recommend people to come see him!
