Hey, the new crispy chicken biscuit is Fantastic!! Don't tell Chic fil a. It's a contender, biggest plus is the McDonald's biscuit is better, not as crumbly, And a dollar cheaper! Head to McDonald's now and try it. I just did and it was great!!
March 2024, this is the second McDonald's I've gotten the Crispy Chicken Biscuit and both times it wasn't Crispy and it had a lot of gristle in it and taste different than they used to!! This will be the last time I get one of those. McDonald's, I don't know what you did other than go Cheap on the chicken, but it is no longer any good!! It is also greasy!!! Well, you had a sandwich that competed with Chic Filet, Not anymore!!!

Drive through review:
Even though the drive through is always pretty busy, it moves along nicely.
The Menu boards are great and display your order. Love this feature to ensure accuracy. They have a Self- use credit card machine.
Staff is friendly and food is handed to me with a smile.

Doors were locked when I showed up, not sure if that was intentional, but they unlocked them - greeting me.

Food is always consistent, no matter what store I visit.

Coffee & Egg mcMuffin to go.

I "drink" at McDonald's more than eat. Sporadically, have sausage biscuit or fries.
Just my preferences. Not a huge fan of fast food.
Fountain drinks are excellent!

Great Customer Service! They were extremely busy during this visit, but the line moved quickly and smoothly. Always great food and exceptional customer service when visiting this location.

I ordered a steak egg, and cheese bagel that was made incorrectly through the drive thru. I called and the manger Cindy was the nicest most caring person who apologized and told me to come back when I wanted another one. I finally came back today. She remembered me and still caring more then ever! She got me my sandwich that was delicious and made me feel excited and appreciative for the service they provided.

One of the cleanest McDonald’s I have been to. Bathroom were clean too. The staff was polite and fast with orders.

Food was on point. Fresh fries and not over cooked patties. Very satisfied for pit stop.

The entire staff here always seem to do a fantastic job. My order is always correct, the food always hot and the service always fast.

I stopped at this location last Saturday. The service was very quick. I only give the food 4 stars because it was just as expected, which is what I want from McDonalds. The staff were very helpful and brewed a fresh pot of coffee for me. The staff are why I am writing this review, they were great!

I just got iced tea this visit, but I love that it is Lipton. It tastes so much better than what other restaurants serve. Service was fast and friendly. Bathrooms were clean. Something that seems to be unique to McDonald's is that they have a piece of metal at the bottom of the bathroom door to use your foot to open the door so that you don't have to touch the handle after washing your hands. A brilliant invention that should be used everywhere and not just because of covid. Not everyone washes their hands.

Placed order on line and drove thru to pick up. Food order and service were great.

Most mornings I enjoy the prompt pleasant service using my McDonalds app. The staff at the New Market McDonalds please me with a delicious medium hot mocha/ caramel mocha. Nothing better!

Food always hot and good and service is fast most the time

FISHERSVILLE is the Best Mc Donald's in the surrounding area. Augusta County, Waynesboro, Staunton. Nice & clean atmosphere. Ate inside. Ordered on app. Fast, courtious service.Even helped me with the app on my phone. Garland greeted us and cleaned off our table with a smile and placed it in the trash for us. He asked us how our meal was. It was pleasant. This Drive through is usually busy but gets correct unlike others in the area. I visit them often.

We've all been to a McDonald's that may not have cooked the fries right or they messed up the details of your burger? These things can ruin the experience. Yes I know there's a McDonald's at every corner but there's a reason why we all return, at least for me there is! But this McDonald's was perfect! It was so good my wife sent me back in to get the new Grimmace Birthday shake and they were just as kind and on point as they were through the drive-thru. Not to mention, Once you walk out of the McDonald's you're greeted by beautiful mountainous views! If you get a chance stop by!

The sandwich actually looked like the picture on the Kiosk. That's a great thing! Didn't get a picture but I ate the whole thing.

Got lunch through the drive thru. Got my extra pickles extra Mac sauce order right, and the fries were hot. ❤
Don't forget to order a 13 pack of cookies! They are so good!

Didn't get anything more than a regular coffee, but it was a great cup. I personally think that it is better than any other drive-thru out there!!

Because I have a leg recovering from surgery, I used curbside pickup, placing a mobile order ahead of time. It worked out great! So glad I didn't have to get out of the car
