The pharmacist, Steve, and his team go above and beyond to ensure their patients receive the care they need. I was initially skeptical considering the low ratings, but my experience was great. Despite the negative review I believe it’s worth giving them a chance.

I arrived shortly before close and felt guilty coming in last minute. They were so understaffed that they had to close the drive-thru, but took the time to treat me with dignity.

Steve even took the time to ask questions to ensure that I was familiar with the medication, tolerated it well, and was not having any interactions with my other medications.

This CVS in Farmville VA has a very nice variety of merchandise, and the staff person who saw me was very friendly and asked if I needed help finding anything. I just went inside with a friend who was picking up a prescription for his elderly father. It was nice just to look around on this visit, and I definitely will be back soon to purchase some Halloween decorations or candy!

They always keep my medications stocked. Though there are a lot of new faces, even when they're in the weeds, I can still make the laugh and smile.
I trust them more than Walmart Pharmacy and far more than Walgreens.
The Corporation however needs to ensure that All Vaccines are readily available. I got my Shingles but had to go to Walgreens for my Covid who messed my arm up and didn't listen when I told him not to shoot me in the same arm (which is my dominant one)

Best customer service of any CVS around!
They actually answer the phone and give out dog treats!

I've never had any trouble from this CVS like other reviewers have encountered. Nothing but courteous employees and satisfying service.

I love this pharmacy.I started going here after horrible experience with Walmart.The staff are super nice and helpful.I am very happy going here.

Have very interesting products and you can get your prescription there also!:)

The staff is great. If you get there at the wrong time the drive up window can take a long time.

I’ve never had any problems with this CVS pharmacy, although it is clear that they are often overworked and tired. On one occasion a staff member was very helpful when I came in to get the right medications for a bee sting. I’ve also gotten flu shots and shingles vaccines at this location, and it went well. One negative comment however; on one occasion I witnessed the head pharmacist chastise her staff for not handling calls quick enough. I thought this was inappropriate.
