When I entered Melvin greeted me nicely. Melvin and Skyy answered all my questions and I was able to get the home internet (wifi). They set everything up for me and explained how to connect my devices. 100%

Great exprience

Skyy and Deja were great. I couldn't get customer service to work (they told me to go to my local store). I was quite upset with the whole process. Skyy saw that and she immediately found a way to calm me. Then resolved all of our issues.
