Lynchburg Dog Park

Had a great time! Davis enjoyed running everywhere! All of the other dogs were very well mannered . Will definitely be going back during my 3 month stay here!!!!

Great place to take your pooch. Clean and well maintained, didn't notice any dog poop. Separate areas for small and large dogs. Your dog loves being around you, but he needs to socialize with other canines. You should bring your dog to the dog park and let him have fun playing with other dogs.

Surprisingly nice location. Recently went to visit and it has a nice, fenced area for small and large dogs. It also has walking trails (currently unavailable), as well as water areas and even a sports field for people. There are water fountains for the dogs, ample poo stations, and restrooms. Great place to take your dog to be outside and meet other dogs.

UPDATE: stopped by last weekend and all water was broken. Both dog fountains, the pump by the fence, and even the fountain for people by the restrooms. It has been way too hot for no water. I didn't stop to pick some up because I knew the fountains were there. Had to cut my stop way short because my little buddy was tired and thirsty fast.

Support Lynchburg's one and only off-leash dog park, separate areas for both large and small dogs! Well maintained and full of wonderful owners that are always great to meet!

Great park, field and trails. Benches, water and waste bags in both large and small dog areas. Restrooms on site as well.

April, my dog, loves this park over the others. It's family friendly and of course pet friendly. She can be off leash not only in the dog area but also on the trail. She loves the lake in the summer, it's almost impossible to get her home when it's time to go

Don't let the picture fool you. It's not a mud pit. Great place to take your dog. Very clean. The creekside trail has been abandoned, but you can still get to the rest of the trails (~1 mile) if you stay on one side of the creek and don't mind walking down a sidewalk and crossing a 2 lane highway at the end.

Large open area for dogs to run and play. Nice water station for them. Wish there was more shade. Our 1st visit was great. Our dog was exhausted. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful dog park!!! well maintained grass ...clean and adorable little training course area my Shiba Inu was quite curious about yet preferred to just be social😋🐕‍🦺❤

Get place to take your dog for a play date. Not sure what is up with the muddy picture but as of today, there grass covering the entire park.

Zen, our dog was really happy, the grass maybe need a trimming but that's about it. It's an amazing park and the people usually it's really friendly

Our dog Turbo absolutely loves this park. All the people & dogs we have met there have been so great to interact with and he just has the best time. I love dog people❤

Plenty of room, sectioned off areas for small and large dogs, plenty of seating. Beautiful area. Fountains for the dogs. All around cool spot!

Nice area. They need to come do maintenance on it it's pretty old. But very nice and spacious. 2 sections for big and little dogs. Fun!

Great place to bring your dogs! They have a stream running along the park which can be helpful if you want to cool off your dogs.

Great fenced in space with an area for big and lil dogs. There is water, toys, benches, and shaded areas for hot days.

The city of Lynchburg is fixing the park up for dogs . They are putting in a restroom. The people and dogs I mean there are very friendly and I'll be going there as often as I can.
