Great dealership and highly recommend! We just bought a car from here and worked with Darragh who did a great job helping us find the right car for our needs! There was a lot of selection to choose from which was nice and the dealership provides warranties and has onsite service. Also they were able to provide multiple finance options that worked out great. We were in at 9am and out with a car the same day all financed and ready to go. They also have a car detailing person who had the car (SUV) looking brand new when we came to get it. Great experience and family run business makes this a great option when looking to buy a vehicle in the Richmond Virginia area. When going here ask for Darragh - he did a great job for us!

In 2018 I bought a used ford escape from them and it was the best car. Not only was it sold to me a great price, the people were friendly and they made the process easy. Today I went back to buy another used car after mine was unfortunately totaled in an accident and I found another used SUV that I love and again..got it for a great price with awesome customer service. This time Micheal was our salesman and my fiancé and I both recommend him, just so easy to work with and accommodating. We’ll definitely be recommending you all to friends and family in the future!

I bought a 4runner from them about a year ago January, I believe it was. I have to say I was very impressed with the way I saw Freddie, Corey, Rick and the team interacted with other several customers as well as myself. I have been too much bigger dealers that didn't help/treat me as kindle as they did. I was indecisive on my decision, and I test drove the 4runner three different times before buying it. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my decision. I would/have recommended them and I will buy from them again. I waited this long to post this because I was scared about the miles(300K) on the vehicle. But I have to say its been one of the best vehicles I've owned. I have put of 20K miles on it, and it still runs just fine.

I have read many of the negative reviews but have to say that I had an excellent experience purchasing a car. Don, our salesman, was well informed, attentive to our needs, and never pressured us. He responded quickly to our phone calls and emails and followed up on all of our questions. He voluntarily revealed a deficiency in one of the cars we were considering, thereby saving us trouble in the future. We ended up paying a bit more than I anticipated, but I think we good good value for our purchase. Thank you Don and East End Auto Sales!

I had a great experience with this dealership and my salesman Don. I called ahead of time to make sure the car I was interested in was available and when I arrived it was pulled out and ready for me to test drive. I bought a Honda with 120,000 miles on it for my daughter, so it had a two things that I requested to be fixed, and they honored both in the sale. I was also very happy about the two short term warranties that they offered as well. I will recommend them to friends who are looking for used cars.

I purchased a car for my daughter and I must say Rick was so awesome! Even though he had other things going on when i was shopping around, he took the time to engage and offer customer service. Because of him taking that time, that's what brought me back to make a purchase the next day. It's hard to find someone that would take there time with you and make sure you are satisfied with the purchase you are about to make especially during the pandemic but I would like to commend Rick for his dedication, hard work and just providing the knowledge and service in helping us get a dependable car for my daughter.

I bought a very nice Escape from them, last year the Duratec engine was in it, (Best engine). Head rests were misplaced, Don was very helpful, and found them, and mailed me a new set.

Funny thing was, my banker bought a car from them over five years ago.

This place is awesome! I went to multiple places for the purchase of my first car and this place was the most honest I found in Richmond. They had a great price on a hatchback with only 58,000 miles (my car) and I was so excited about it I only took it for a test drive for 5 minutes. I wanted to take it to a mechanic to check everything inside, but East End was closing soon and I didn't want to lose the opportunity to get my car. They were such an honest dealership, they let me BUY the car and said if I took it to a mechanic in the first week and ANYTHING was wrong they would pay for it. Now that is an honest deal. I've had my car for over a year and it's still running like a dream. Thanks East End for making my dreams possible!!

From calling Rick on an online add to follow up with issues out of their control with Freddy, the staff at East End Auto Sales handled me with the care of a family owned business that you wish all businesses would aspire to. I had issues after purchase and they handled them honorably and never doubted what I was claiming. From the below market processing fee to honoring the warranty without reservations, I never felt like I was being nickle and dimed like other dealers.

It is nice to be treated as you treat others. And extremely rare in the Auto industry. Great job, East End Auto Sales!

These guys are great and Don was a total pleasure to buy a car from. I picked out an 08 model car. I took it to goodyear to have it looked at before buying and the car was in overall very good condition with no mechanical issues. The few minor minor things that good year pointed out, Don and his guys were absolutely easy and awesome about fixing. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. My experience there was quick, pleasant, and easy. They have excellent customer service.

I really don't get the people giving them 1 star. Maybe it was the salesmen they dealt with. I have bought my 4th vehicle from them and I deal only with Warren. I have never had any issues and when ever I needed to have any service done they always told me where to take to get it done at there cost. I actually just bought a 2001 Nissan Frontier for my daughter and it had a little leak after I bought it. Come to find out it was the rear main seal that needed to be replaced which they did free of charge. I have always been treated very good there and would recommend them to anyone. Keep in mind that you are buying a used vehicle with high mileage so you have to do your homework too. They have always allowed me to take the vehicle for a day. This gives you plenty of time to check it out or take it to a mechanic to have it checked before you buy. I love them and have always had a positive experience there.

A refreshingly good buying experience. Warren was extremely helpful and had everything ready to go when I arrived from out of state. Even gave me a ride back after returning my rental car. The truck was as advertised, and very clean. Would definitely recommend!

Michael is amazing! We showed up late on Saturday to look at 2 Ford Rangers. We were able to test drive both and look over them. Both trucks were great. We drove home with a new addition! Michael took care of us, made sure we had everything we needed! Michael stayed late, after closing, to make sure we were taken care of. They offer financing, and warranty. Thanks Michael and the Team there for our daughters first vehicle!!
