Excellent selection of books, games for adult and kids, puzzles, soft toys. Superb staff willing to chat but up about books and favorites as kids, etc. lots of people do great atmosphere. Larger Starbucks but small round tables not conducive to working on laptop and no outlets anywhere. ALSO, the epidemic area everywhere around Starbucks is horrifically dusty giving that eating sea toon a filthy feeling . I wiped one large area of wood with a napkin and got 3” of dust. Rugs could use a long vacuum session also.
But would recommend as books, games, staff excellent. Parking also an ample, no problem.

This time when we came a few days ago, we were treated with the upmost respect at the Cafe.
About a month or so when we came, they were rude and ignorant. Guess they can't handle being busy.

This store had both books that I was looking for. I spent around 45 minutes just browsing through the store after finding the books I was there to get. The store is clean and the staff are friendly and very helpful. The men's restroom is very clean, but the toilet paper is a little on the rough side. Other than that, I can say that this is an awesome bookstore.

Great selection of books, games and adorable stuffed animals and has friendly and professional check out.

ALWAYS the first choice for books, school related items, and the collectibles are definitely a go-to section of the store .

This Barnes & Noble has a good selection of books and for the most part it's a very quiet location.

Outside of the book selection you will also find movies, records, and games. They also have a good selection of younger children type games and toys.

I would like to see additional seating towards the front of the store, as being a college town they're usually a shortage of places to sit.

As for the Starbucks that is located inside, the older gentleman is a pleasure to deal with and is quite the professional barista.

it’s always quiet and chill in here, and staff are always available to help if you need to find something. i also like how the hours are open later than most other places in Lynchburg where you can actually sit down and get something done on your computer or even just read in the cafe area.

Good clean well stocked store. I was looking for a game called Triggle and the lady at the counter helped me, and although they didn’t have it she helped me find the place that does.

Huge selection of books. Starbucks inside. Wards Crossing Shopping Center always has plenty of parking.

Very nice, clean, and quiet store. It’s just a normal Barnes & Noble which isn’t a bad thing. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the store is well kept.

Great Barnes & Noble with plenty in stock. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. I'm always impressed that they have what I'm looking for. Wait before buying a coffee or something in the shop until after I purchase they will give you 10 to 20% off to use in the coffee shop after you make a purchase.

I love books. I love the smell of books. I love the way books look when you burn them in a religious rebellion. I'm kidding, dont burn books kids, instead, go to barnes and noble's and get you a good book of your choosing.

Amazing books, a coffee place inside, lot of parking spaces, and great costumer service.
They have a beautiful Gibli studio movie collection 😍 ❤ ♥ I got a Spirit Away toy who's going to travel around this country 😀 😉

Good selection and enjoyable atmosphere for browsing & shopping!

I wanted a book that was not in-store at my location, so the staff ordered it for me. When it arrived, I was checked out by the most lovely cashier, Sul. She was sweet and passionate about books.

Great place to find not only books but stationary, toys, puzzles, gift items etc. It is an adults toy store. We love Barnes and Nobles!

Tidy with a good selection of books. They also have some Lego kits and interesting toys other stores don't carry. If they don't have a book you need they can order it!
