Rooms are nice clean and smell good. Front desk is helpful. Price for the location is good . Consider the location for stay .

Towels were a little run down, but wasn't too bad at all. We had a smoking room but no ashtray was provided which is fine we improvised. Otherwise room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. The elevator has a switch problem. You have to hit the 2 button to go to the third floor and hit the button again to go to the 2nd floor where our room was located. The breakfast they offered was 4 mini banana muffins and coffee/juice. Overall stay was pleasant.

Felt very safe. The night staff was excellent.

I have to give this inexpensive hotel 5 stars. My husband and I always stay here when we come in town. When we are running late, someone will call to see if everything is ok. Management go far and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Rooms are always clean and staff is EXCELLENT. They treat you like family and that keeps us coming back again and again.

I arrived after dark. The hotel was easy to locate and access from the highway, the parking lot was well lit and I had no safety concerns while unloading my car. The property appeared clean. A free continental breakfast is included in the room cost and is conveniently located in the front lobby. Ice and vending are on the 1st floor. This property does have luggage trollys and an elevator.

Aside from the easy-to-access location, the clean, spacious room, the extra amenities such as microwave and refrigerator, and the very comfortable office chair, the front desk check-in staff, TINA, was the crowning touch to my stay. I was suffering from severe pain due to a neck injury when I checked in. Tina's compassion and assistance in the check-in process, answering questions about the local area for my work this week, and her overall personality were such a help and comfort to me after a long and painful drive. If my company was hiring, I'd offer her a job in a heartbeat!

This hotel is a comfortable stay at an affordable price. I'd be happy to stay at this location again.

Very clean place and front desk attendant was very helpful for me. I came in the middle of the morning and she was able to book me a room after I had reserved at another. I forgot her name but her bday was that day. The front desk attendant that is.

I did not stay here; I was helping a friend, I like the size of the room, the staff manager, and the carts were good, not squeaky.

It was clean, quite, and everything I expect from a budget hotel. The only thing noise there were the squirrels. They had a safe, tv, and wifi in the room. I don't remember seeing a microwave or fridge. Ice machine worked very well. Some ancient style vending machines, but I didn't need to test how well they worked. The local delivery places seem to know how to come right to your room door, and don't require you to meet them out front.

I am very satisfied with the service I received here at this hotel. The woman at the counter was very very nice and the room was immaculate. Thank you for my great experience. I would definitely recommend this place if you are traveling through Richmond Virginia area

Front desk was very nice. But make sure to bring a current AAA card if you want that discount.

Room was cheap, clean, quiet, had a working fridge and microwave. Fast wifi.

Breakfast would do in a pinch but was sparce. We opted for leftover pizza.

Basically what you'd hope for when making an unexpected stop at the nearest available budget hotel.

Got stuck here during a snow storm because my girlfriend drives a freaking miata. Got some Wal-Mart wine. 10/10 best you know what ever. Would highly recommend. Assuming their room keeping is on par... Seriously we had to use two different beds.

The room was great and everything was perfect...but what made me love this the most was the 2 lovely ladies that checked me in....they were sweet and understanding and even had me laughing which I so needed at that moment, especially after driving for 12 hours prior to my stay with 3 children and 6 months pregnant.....if I am ever in that area at any point of time, I will definitely be going back there and will recommend anyone who is traveling through that area the they really shoul stay there

It was love here night crew is on point clean room you can smell it when u walk in also the night crew is super friendly and they don’t play security on point and they are good people to talk to funny also I will stay again

Just like any Super 8, the room was nice and the service was amazing. Breakfast in the morning plus alot of locations to choose as far as shopping or eating.

Coffee is hot.
The front desk lady was so nice and helped us with all the things that we need.

Best rates in Richmond. Only issue I had was the AC Heat unit was leaking. Gas station is right beside it for gas beer and snacks!

Very nice and comfortable room. Clean and renovated floors. Definitely would stay there again.
