Joel really cares and knows what he's doing. He will get you results, even in difficult cases such as mine.

I've been struggling with my weight for over two years. I used to be very athletic and had no problems finding the motivation to eat healthy and work out! About two years ago, nothing I did seem to work anymore. I just kept gaining more and more weight and felt less and less healthy.

Six months ago, I decided to make my health a priority. I started working out (weight lifting and cardio) with another trainer every day. I had absolutely NO results. He also didn't customize any workouts or educated me on nutrition.

Five months ago, I discovered I have POCS. If you don't know what that is, pretty much my hormones are off and it's very difficult (almost impossible) to lose weight for some women. Including me.

I started with Joel about two months ago, and after being the same weight for SIX months of trying really hard on my own, I FINALLY SAW SOME RESULTS. Joel customized my experience. He adapts workouts for a sports injury; he talks to me about nutrition; he has MEASURABLE DATA that shows my progress; and he checks in to see if I'm happy with his service! We've adapted recently, and I've lost 10 lbs in about 2 months even with my weird body!

I still have a long way to go, but Joel is giving me the building blocks I need to succeed.

When I have some better photos of my results, I'll add them :)

I decided to take part in the 6 week challenge not really knowing what to expect, but I knew I needed support to really begin to see the changes I had been shooting for. I was with another trainer, but wasn’t really seeing results, mostly because I wasn’t devoted enough to push myself and needed accountability. Joel and Jacob at AON have definitely held me accountable. I have been done with the challenge for about 3 weeks now and if I don’t send Joel a message with what I ate for a meal, he still calls me out. He knows what my ultimate goals are and helps encourage me stick to it. In 6 weeks for the challenge I lost 22 pounds. I was able to beat the challenge and prove to myself that I can. I’m stronger than I’ve ever been and feel amazing. I still have work to do to reach my ultimate goal, but I know if I stick with them I can do it. I didn’t hesitate to continue after my completion of the challenge because it’s not just a physical change, it’s a new habit and lifestyle. One I’m so very thankful and excited for. This has not only changed me as a person, but has encouraged me to help change others. I have a friend that comes over and works out with me nightly at home, utilizing what I learn at AON. She’s lost 7 inches in 5 weeks. I’ve also started a daily exercise program at work for my coworkers and they’re loving it. I’ve learned so much and truly appreciate everything AON has done for my life. You really feel like part of a family working out there.

On my 4th month with All or Nothing Training. I have made huge strides in my fitness goals. My only regret is that I waited so long to get serious about my health.

Come by and check out the team environment... great people with common goals.💪👊
