I have had some wonderful experiences at Americas Best Value Inn, Richmond-South. I have felt like part of the family. With new ownership and management I will become part of the new family. I stay here quite often when working in the area. This is like a home away from home. This hotel is also currently being renovated room by room to bring this hotel in line with similar hotels. This motel is intended to be a clean place for the business or pleasure traveler. This hotel has been cleaned up and the process is ongoing until complete. Please give this place a try when in the area.

I Loved the price and I know is not perfect, but let's have our feet on the floor, is a amazing price and you can sleep in a safe place, and have a shower. I wish people could be more grateful in this country. I went and I will use them every time that I will need, and still save my money to really buy my house. Some people pay a lot in Hotels and don't even have a house or stay the whole life pay for mortgage. I just Loved, I had a great time with my husband there, because is not the place but what people does there, people make the moment special, memorable and not walls.

I drive OTR so I stay in less expensive hotels often. This one gets high marks for cleanliness and great customer service with parking for several semi's.

I'm now inside this Motel. I really wonder why many of people gave it a really low rate.
It's really cheap and budget Motel. In this price all i need is a clean bed to sleep in and getting some rest at night. I got a clean big room with double beds and every thing was clean with hot water to take a shower free breakfast and free super fast Wi-Fi. The room smell good. I paid extra 10$ to have late check-out 2 pm instead of 11am. This is all what i need. I recommend for people who doesn't want to pay a lot and looking for a place to safely sleep in.

When you're tired, it's a comfy & pretty secure. The clerk made us feel very safe and was professionally kind.

nice rooms, affordable pricing.. location is right near the city of ric. and a walking distance to a couple of shops as well as a couple decent eateries(fast food, breakfast dinner across the street. friendly staff, residents are pleasant. all around good spot to stay for a bit.

5 stars for this crowd. My father and I would get drunk with the owner, throw chairs off the 2nd story, he would sell us a milk crate full of different beers for 10$. This is the kinda place you go to party, hide, or get laid. Either way MY satisfaction is good. Even when I complained about the ice not being clear enough, he gave us a free night! My kind of people

Great experience!!!! Very nice people working here. !!! They offer free continental breakfast each morning that’s awesome also very quiet got lots of rest the rates were very reasonable just all around good experience I will definitely come back and refer to all my family and friends. The man at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful and the room that i got was a smoking room. It smelled great when i walked in and it was very clean.

As I have been here on out of town work seeing the low priced rate I was a little nervous.. as soon as I checked in and got in my room all the worries went away.. everything was very clean and newly remodeled and the management is a pleasure to work with.. I highly recommend!!

Been here a month. Owners are nice. House keeping is insane efficient. No bugs. It is luxury for the price.

The staff in the office is very friendly and nice. Am moving so I needed to found somewhere to stay for about two weeks, price was ok and room is nice.

Under new management..rooms and service have been upgraded and renovated...fair prices and great hospitality cameras on first and second floor ..highly recommend for a quiet safe stay

I miss the Ramada Inn and Aunt Sarah's however this new location when family are in need they had availability and are really polite and generous.
