Gaming Generations Sheboygan

Went to grab a bite near Gaming Generation's so I decided to stop in when I got done eating, was glad to in fact! It's a very small store but neat, easy to move around in and has very good displays all around! The selection of games is varied, with a mix of past and present games and consoles and accessories! Service was great, the two people manning the front were very nice and attentive! Things I bought were great to and at a decent price! I like Gaming generation's and will probably stop back sometime to pick another thing or two up!

I highly recommend them, it's a great place for your gaming needs, the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, very helpful. If they don't carry what you need, they will help you find a place that does. I purchased 3 gaming systems and several games. They were excellently priced,

I was in the area recently and happened to stop in mainly with just the idea to kill some time. As a mom who knows nothing about video games or game system's they were so helpful when it came to figuring out some gifts for the holidays. They were friendly and patient with me even though I was pretty clueless. Thanks so much guys I will stop in again when I’m in town next.

Got a new Xbox one controller their works great! It's just a amazing experience walking in! My boyfriend and I had to get another, Gameboy controller. Great deals and prices as well.

Andrew is incredible, he truly goes the extra mile. We love having them in our neighborhood and teaming up! Trunk or Treat 2023 was a blast!

We visit about weekly to see what is new. I have bought a number of games here and have been pleased with every purchase. Prices are reasonable and sometimes there are some amazing rare old games available, and they priced at around what you'd expect to find them. I prefer this shop to Freaktoyz. The shopkeep (I gathered from other reviews that he is named Andrew) is great. Andrew is my spirit animal.

The is a great store to find used video games, pre-order games coming out and also to fix your broken consoles. They were able to fix my Nintendo switch when it wouldn’t read any game cartridges. I was able to find some 1st party Nintendo switch games at a fair prices. When I asked they pre-ordered new games that you wouldn’t be able to find at other stores. The staff at this store are very knowledgeable and willing to offer their thoughts and feelings on video games if you’re not sure on what to play.

Brought my 3DS in for a broken hinge, 3d slider and new face plates to be replaced. Was done in a timely manner with clear communication. Friendly service, professional work, at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend

Very good store with very fair prices!

As a Mom of a very excited teenager, I could not be more pleased with the customer service. My son wanted to go to Gaming Generations instead of the "big box" store because it was local. What a great experience. Andrew was wonderful! He even taught my son a great lesson in patience when he told him about an upcoming sale. By waiting a few days, my son was able to afford an additional item that he otherwise would not have been able to purchase. I told all my co-workers, and each with teenagers agreed that they always had great service as well. Thank you!

My kids love the store that carries much more than just video games. Employees are kind and helpful. A very nice place to go.

My grandson loves this store. Took him in for a birthday present this weekend. Both the tall gentleman and young lady were great. They were very helpful even to a game illiterate person like me. They talked me and him in a way we both understood. I really like the feel and charm of this store. No longer am I going to the otherstores in town.

These guys were great! They were fair with prices and guaranteed the best service and upheld this promise through and through. I had a broken 4s due to water damage. They were quick to examine the problem and offered me a very affordable new used phone. I'm back to new and would recommend their services to anyone needing pc, phone or gaming repairs!

Love this store! Went in to buy an original Xbox, and they had literally every game I wanted and then some, even lots of rare games. These guys REFUSE to give you an unfair price on anything. Customer service is outstanding. Their selection is absolutely unmatched in any other game store I have visited. This is for sure my new favorite game store! I haven't experienced service this awesome at any store in a loooong time!!
